Asha actually was sleeping when I took that picture, once I got my camera focused on her and set where I wanted, I just called kitty kitty and that is what I got.
Asha considers it an insult for anyone to try "kitty, kitty" with her. She would NEVER come to you when you call that. She really does get offended and she gives dirty looks to the other cats when they come to it. lol She is just a little spoiled! Ha!!!

Tiocy just turned 9 and I have raised her since she was born(we owned her mom and she had 4 kittens and refused to nurse her) I was told that if I could save her, I could have her. And here she is, she was my baby way before I met my husband or had my girls. She is a very special cat. Unfortunately, we think that she has got a tumor or something in her sinus, her purr changed and is now very high pitched, she seems to be doing fine, there is nothing we can do about it without MAJOR surgery(almost $10,000) and she is already 9. We do not have the money for that. She is not showing any other effects then her purr changing. I am really hoping that she will be around for quite a few more years, she has become my youngest daughters baby. She sleeps with her every single night.

Asha was the best rescue kitty we ever had, she was about 9 months old when we got her, she was due to have kittens in a week but the shelter I worked at had a strict rule(by the city) that all pregnant animals were either spayed or euthanized. She was so absolutely sweet, I couldn't let them do it. I took her out of her cage and told them no they were not going to do her before I talked to my fiancee'(now husband), they were very angry at me because he was late and they had to stay later then they normally did but I didn't dare set her down anywhere so I carried her for a long time, they kept telling me, I am sorry but she has to go now, and I just kept saying, No I want to talk to my fiancee', I am not putting her down until I do. I swear I thought they were going to literally take her out of my arms. Luckily he showed up and I went out to talk to him, he said no! We had just adopted two puppies a few weeks before. He logically was right but I started bawling and so he said lets go look at her, we went in and Asha started purring and rubbing all over him and he had no choice but to say yes, between me bawling and the cat purring, he had no choice! lol So Asha has been here ever since, she had 5 kittens but sadly none of them made it. There was something wrong with the whole litter. But, she has become my older daughters cat and now gets whatever she wants! LOL

And of course you already know Cinders story. She has become obsessive compulsive with my husband, I swear she is in love with him, literally. She will growl and attack me if I try to snuggle with him. She loves me all the time when he is not around but if he is, man i better stay away from him! lol It really is funny, she does nothing to the kids just me, I think she is jealous. She gets right in his face and stares at him, she will get up on his chest in bed and give me dirty looks. She is so funny, we have to lock her out of the room if I want to give him a hug. For some reason, she literally thinks I am stealing her man! LOL
