If you look at the bottom of those photos they are all "Courtesy of Burr Oak Kennels" mmm makes ya think. Puppy Mill much??? I've seen the Dobie poodle mixes before, to me they are ugly as sin. I would never buy one!

Doberman poodle mixes are more popular then the others here. I crested pups are actually cute. But hey there pups who can look at a pups face and say no. LOL I have actually seen before a great dane poocle mix. They didn't purpusely breed them it was an accedent. By the time they found out the female was pregnant it was to late to cancel the pregnacy. Plus they didn't believe in killing pups or babys. LOL The dog was actually cute. The mother dog was the great dane.

omg. a doberman/poodle mix is not an attractive mix at all. wow what are these people thinking about? it certainly cant be the dogs that they are producing. so very sad............

Yea and what i was thinking about is wht breeds would the akc accept considering that all dogs are formed from mixing breeds.

i dont know , but a dobe and a poodle dont make a very attractive mix. not like a dobe and say rottie would. i think some people mix them just to see what they will look like . so sad for the poor dogs.

If I could ask the doberman/poodle breeder one question...It would be why? Why breed these two breeds together? What is or was the goal? Because I can not think of one reason.

Guess, I am the odd one out here, I think it is a cute mix. Kind of reminds me of a Deerhound, just without the annorexic look, lol.
I wouldn't breed them intentionally, just because poodles and dobermans are not the best mix temperment wise, IMO. But I do think they are cute.

I also have to say that I think Goldendoodles are adorable, and one of the few mixes that look fairly consistant(except when they have a black poodle as a parent but the "look" is still the same, just a different color)
I could see getting one maybe later on in life.

I think a lot of the mix breeds are cute but I would never get one unless it came from a shelter. There is a guy near Dallas that breeds Saint Bernards/Great Dane mixes and I am so against that...he calles them BernaDanes. LOL!!!

I htink it would be cool if someone created a program on the internet where all you had to do is type in the 2 breeds and it would bring up what the pups would probably look like.
