$350!! That is what my final amount was yesterday after bringing Chi-Ching in(Cinders was all free), Anyway, he is all neutered and on house arrest for a while. We decided to treat Koda too for the tape worms even though he is not showing any signs of them, just because they have been together though, we feel like it would be a good idea. So, meds for Koda and Chingy for Tapeworm came to almost $130!! The rest of the money went to full blood work, vaccines, pain medication, and the neuter. The vet was great though and the staff said he was nervous but not aggressive at all. I am glad he is done but now I have to listen to him whine and groan about being in his crate most of the day, ah well, it is worth it. He is also all updated on his shots, he has to go in in about three weeks for booster and rabies and then he is done for a while! Chi-Ching is definitely living up to his name! LOL
Not too bad considering the medicine and blood work. Glad to hear that all went well. I think the most expensive vet visit for Oscar was around 300 and that was just blood work, 6 month heart worm, and some medicine.
tapeworm medicine is not cheap. i just went through that. the vet prescribed drontal. it was 56 dollars for the two frenchies and the two cats. they go by weight is probably why yours was more expensive. luckily harley didnt have them too !
It was pretty much what I had expected, minues the tapeworm meds, I had no idea what they would run. They are more then I had thought that's for sure! But luckily we just paid it and didn't have to worry about making payments or anything like that, I HATE owing people money. I would rather pay it off immediately and not have that issue there. Anyway, both dogs and the cat are doign great now and are all happy! And I am done for a while! LOL Time to go Christmas Shopping!
