Where's my husband????

My husband left to go shopping at 11:30 last night.  CompUSA was having a sale starting at 11:59.  He came home at 1:30 and left again at 4:30.  He's still out shopping!  I said, Come home soon because I want to go shopping too.  Okay, he said.  Well, its after 9 and he's still gone and he didn't have any sleep last night!  From 1:30 to 4:30 he was sitting downstairs planning his battle plan.  Guess whose gonna be pissed when he gets home?  ME!  That Pisses Me Of

LOL gl luck.  Im wondering the same thing, excpet its my mom and sister in law.  My mom and sister in law left here at 4 am and it is now 10 11 and still no sighn of them.  My mom called about 8 30 to check on me and the kids, but thats the last I heard from them.  My sister in law is doing the driving and is going on 0 hrs of sleep.  I think I will stick to my normaly tradition and do all my shooping a day or two before christmas at super K's.  LOL  I opped to stay home and take care of all the kids.  (by myself)  8 kids 6, 5, 4, 4, 2, 1, 9 months, and 5 months.  I dont know which deal is crazier.

This really cracks me up. I thought my Husband was a One-of-a-kind shopaholic. Most men hate to shop. (I'm not that fond of it.) Also, my Hubby has a strange addiction to X-Mas ornaments. I try to encourage him to buy after the Holidays, but he usually can't help himself. We have a HUGE shed with nothing but decorations. After this year we will no doubt need another.

This year the "doorbusters" are 20" flat screen t.v.s for $99 and laptop computers. They're $380 at CompUSA and BestBuy.

Hope your Hubby scores big for all his efforts!!

This was my first year of trying to do the whole 'after Thanksgiving' shopping thing....omg....I had no idea it was soooooo chaotic! I mean, I expected busy, but lines before the stores even opening, people running and pushing...sheesh...lol

I got up at 5 to go to Walmart to get my son the new Game Boy Advance for Christmas. It was only 48 dollars there. But my Walmart is a 24 hour one, and when I got there at 5, the entire parking lot was already packed. So I went over to Target. Their game boys were 68, but they came with a game (Super Mario), a carrying case and a car charger, so it was actually a better deal. They didn't open for another hour, and there were already a few people in line. I was third in line and waited in the 30 degree weather for an hour. The lady behind me said that she went to Walmart at 1am to get a Game Boy and they were already out! I guess people went there at midnight and loaded up their carts and literally were just hanging out in the store until 5am when they could buy the stuff. So I'm glad I didn't go to Walmart.

By 5:30 the line was already to the end of the parking lot, and I live in a small town! The speed limits are only 25, and we don't have a mall or anything. Just a grocery store, Walmart and Target.  And when they opened the doors, everyone started running! I had to haul butt to electonics, lol. I was the first one there, so I got one, but they only had 10 and the lady behind me got 3 of them. So in a matter of minutes almost half of them were gone. Craziness.....

He finally came home around 11.  I don't know what all he bought while he was out.  I think he bought a lot of stuff for me.    I do know that he got Katie a computer and a new TV for Christmas.  When he got back him and I left and a few of my family members went with us (most stayed here with the kids) and we bought a lot more stuff for the kids.  They're mostly finished now.  We still have a few presents to get for them, stocking stuffers and such, but mostly its just the rest of the family.   Christmas Card

I sort of hate christmas shopping because I always see something I want to buy myself but then I remind myself wait this money is for presents for the family not me. LOL
