...on feeding all life stage food to a puppy or just puppy formula food? Im switcing Bear to Innova right now, he was eating Eukanuba. Anyways my other dogs eat Canidae and I saw Bear eating some and he seemed to really like it, more then the Innova.
Canidae is all life stages, and Innova is puppy formula. Im not sure if I should just feed him Canidae since he seems to like it and my other dogs are on it, or if i should just stick with the Innova puppy formula. Bear will probley be pretty big, at 6 weeks he is 11 pounds, so i dont know if that matters on which food i feed. Anyone have any opinons on which one would be better for Bear? Thanks guys!
I had Lilly on Natural Balance for awhile which is ALS. Only reason I switched was to try to find something that won't make her tear. I think those foods are just as good. You just feed more as a pup would need. Our rescue also feeds Natural balance to all of their dogs pups included.
I feed Natural Balance to both Koda(4 years old) and Chi-Ching(5 months) as well as my cats. I reccomend it to everyone.
Koda is on Natural Balance Reduced Calorie Formula for Dogs Chi-Ching is on Natural Balance Ultra Premium Formula for Dogs And my cats are on Natural Balance Ultra Premium Formula for Cats
Puttin, Have you tried the Duck and Potatoe? I am not sure but I thought I had heard that it was supposed to help with tearing? I am not sure.
I just switched to the Potato & Duck as Chloe has had 3 seizures the past 3 weeks. Alot of the research I have done shows many people have seen quite positive results with either a tremendous decrease in the frequency of seizures or an outright complete stop to them. I'll let you know if I see any improvement with the tearing that both of mine have. I figure Farley also has allergies so hopefully this food will be beneficial to both of them.
