She appears to be poodle or poo-mix, owner is not sure.
Yeah with her hair done that way she does remind me of that too. But her face and body look to me very poodley. I'm trying to help out. I know someone that will help socialize her if she will send her there, and then after awhile she will find her a home. But it has to be the owners choice.
