My son just got this today.  Cute huh?  It's a 6 week old dwarf hamster.


these show how small it is.

I am very nervous around hamsters anymore.  I've gotten bitten by WAY too many at work....Siberian Dwarf Hamsters are the meanest it appears.....the most definately will battle to the death with each other and hide the remains (not really Hiding, but thought it was nicer to word it that way than the other)   :)   He is a cute little hammy though.

Yeah, this little guy will be handled a lot so he will be used to people.  We won't have anymore but this one was free and too cute to resist.  The first thing he did was fall asleep in my hands.

he is adorable ! and soooo little. i have never been bitten by a hampster, but a gerbil got my thumb pretty good once. i am nervous around those little critters now. lol

I've never had hamsters.....but that can sure make a person want one!  Does he have a name yet?
