I know I have been bad, I have been so tired and busy lately. Working, then the weekends helping with rescue events.  We had a huge rummage sale to earn monies for a new enclosure. Then a spring boutique, that we had our booth at, then last weekend(easter) the Haute dog Easter Parade,

This coming weekend, is a huge pet expo. Family pet Expo at the fairfax fairgrounds, Our rescue will be there all 3 days, I am going to try for 2 days.

Last year I believe we brought about 10 dogs, they all found homes. I loved it. When I am tired, I am more likely to check in but not post. So I am still around, ok.


Oh weekend after the expo a small thing is going on at my favorite dogpark.


Busy busy busy, but a good busy. No breaks on the weekend, but sooner or later it will ease up.

You are nearby Costa mesa too huh. Too bad.  I know you have a herd of pups to look out for and work. Maybe one day.

Close, enough, I'm one town east of Pasadena.
Don't have much free time, but these pups should be gone w/in the month.
After I do Buck's clearances, I maybe will sell him, too. Having only 3 dogs will be heaven, not to mention how it will help my allergies.

Sounds like you have been busy! I need to look into activities like that. I get so bored sometimes because I'm a stay at home mum.

Hey Kitty, did you ever find your lost male? I was thinking about you and your dogs today. about two weeks ago we got a yellow lab in that was found running on a freeway. We have a litter of purebred yellow labs. Owners bred their labs, but had to move to another state, so surrendered them. I think there was 7, three were supposedly some rare red color, don't know if there is such a thing, they went first. I did not get to see them. Some one drove far for one of them and was pissed to high heaven when they were gone. Can't please them all though.  They had one red already.  Do you have any pictures or red labs?
