Valentine Candy

My daughter got one of those little hearts with like 5 pieces of chocolate in it from her grandma. Well, yesterday when I was on the phone with the car lot she comes to me with an empty heart. I knew she had eaten about two of the pieces and when I asked her what happened to the other she said Oscar ate it. And that it was treats for him. Luckily Oscar didn't get sick. Usually he gets sick when he eats something other than his food and treats. I guess three little pieces of chocolate won't hurt a dog of his size. I was just frustrated that Kaitlyn did that when she knows not to feed him her stuff. But I guess kids will be kids, and I just need to pay attention to it.

Ohhh...I'm glad he is o.k. My dogs have found chocolate before and thankfully nothing happened. I have read that they have to have a lot of chocolate to make them sick. However, it would probably take much more chocolate to make Oscar sick than it would my little dogs!

We are still talking to a dealership. I have to have a co-signer so that sucks. Hopefully my dads credit is good enough to get me in one. I know his income is. And my sales guy has the day off today so I won't find nothing out unitl tomorrow.

Believe me I know we have been there. My husbands credit was ruined with his divorce, nobody to blame but him. We started out with 23% finance , now we are down to 12%.We are looking to get a new truck, so I hoping with our good history on the cars we get it lower... Good luck, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.  Deb

My hubbys credit is also down the drain. He filed bankruptcy in 2000 because one of his friends screwed him over. Then he missed a class for it and it was dismissed. Then he has two repos in his name. So, thats why we are trying with me. I have never even tried to finance a car in my name so thats why I need a co-signer. But the car we are in we got finaced in Brads name and we have a 19% interest. Right now the dealership said I am looking somewheres between a 9-11% interest. Anything is better than what we have now. Everything will get better though. I know my dad has divorce credit too but that was almost 10 years ago.
