Not dog related but I had a great day with my horse, Rain Cloud.  I bought a book written by a famous natural trainer and i applied his teqniques with Rain Cloud and she did awesome!  She responded good and did what i asked of her with few mistakes.  I think she is finally coming around and learning to trust me :)  Anyway, just rambling cuz i'm excited.

I just love horses! I grew up around them and this is the first time I have never had one. I love her name. I used to have a horse named China Blue Eyes she was very frisky. And the word I used was nice compared to what she really was. I would love to see a pic of your horses. My daughter wants one but living in the city we have no place for one. Now I think I am rambling on. Sorry.

Oasis, you are a Jack of all Trades!  I didn't know you had horses!!!  They are my one true passion, but I just don't have the space for one, plus, I don't know anything about them.  They are such beautiful animals.  Do your horses 'bond' with you?  I've always wondered if they could share a similar bond like a cat or dog does.

It's great that his techniques are helping out.  Altho I've never had the pleasure of having one of my own, I have always loved horses.

Ansy-  Horses are just like 4 year old kids!  They do bond and everytime i go out to see her, she hears me pull up and pops her head up and walks over to me.  When i go in the pasture, she follows me every where i go.  She's making big steps for a horse that was ignored before i got her.  I board her and trade services with the lady who owns the place so hay and her care is covered.


Oh and speaking of jack of all trades, i also work on cars....hehe.  That's what i get for growing up with brothers
