I'm glad you posted this here.  For the other forums that some of you visit, if they will let you, post this info there as well.  Dobe, if you dont want your phone number on other boards, they can just post your email address for a contact.  If any of you do post this elsewhere, be sure to include the link to the dogs.  Remember, a picture is worth a thousand words and that could be what gets one of these pups a home.

UgH so sorry forgot to take him off. I had put his picture up on that page for someone to see him on TP. He is a very very mean dog unpredictable and very people aggressive. I will take him down today. He is unfortunatly being put to sleep. The kennel owner believes that he was abandoned because he is so very mean. It is sad because he is so big and beautiful I feel so sorry for these dogs. When I leave the Kennel each time after training exercises with some of them I just cry. I cannot seem to wrap my head around the concept that some people can be so cruel. I have to get my butt in gear and go there today and check out a possible home for the two min pin mix pups. Please those of you who believe in the power of prayer pray for these sweet dogs they really need all the help they can get.

BTW I was calling about jobs today and the receptionist to one of the places is looking to adopt a dog! I gave her the website! I talk to EVERYONE I meet to see if they have any interest or know anyone who does.

OMGosh!! You know people really make me sick!! I was polite and nice about it but I really wanted to let this woman have a piece of my mind!!

The call I returned about the two lil min-pin mix pups was to set up a home visit and start the screening for the adoption of the pups. UGH turns out the guy that called was only 16! He lied to me and I called and spoke to his mother. She said he is into dogs and she lets him have them. He has 6 dogs!! They ALL live outside she does not allow dogs inside! I explained we do not allow dogs to be adopted unless the potential owners meet certain criteria.

Dogs cannot live outside permanently. Dogs cannot go to home without fenced yard. Must have references preferably one from a vet. Dogs must be spayed or neuterd within 30 days if old enough or upon age clearence from vet. Owner must be 21 or older. If renting landlord must give written permission to have a dog. Must provide proof of address and Copy of DL.

She had a fit!! I said sorry but we cannot accept you as a potential owner I just do not feel this would be a good match for these dogs. And said have a nice day and hung up!

OH the nerve of people! Plus she said she had no vet to give her a reference!!!  Do I sound like I was born yesterday?

Oh well back to the begining. I now have to make calls about shipping costs for another pup to go to california!
