My husband and Ivolunteer on occation at the local shelters. We will take one dog at a time and take him places, like petsmart, or hiking, or just to play or train in the park. Anyway....I decided to make some flashy vest type things for the dogs to wear when we take them out. They say Adpopt Me! and the name and number of ther rescue. It has worked great and a lot of people will ask about the dogs when we take them places. I was thinking if you had the resourses to make some of these then you wouldn't have to ask permission to take the dogs into petsmart. You could take a few in and walk them around.
