Walking all 3 dogs at once

I bought two of those prong training collars from Petco, they are a miracle! I can comfortably walk all 3 of my dogs at once without being pulled at all. I love taking them all out together, they are very good. The only time I ever have a problem with all 3 at once is when we pass another dog or if there is a barking dog behind a fence. If I can I will just try and avoid other people with their dogs and I know where some barking dogs live so i can prepare myself.

The worst one is Syd, who then gets Winnie riled up. Winnie is usually good. Lana is good cause she wont pull she will just bark. I was wondering if you guys think i should take them out all together or just one. I like taking them all b/c for the most part they are very good, except when we see other dogs.I dont take them all together often but would llike too, im hoping that the more i take them all, then maybe they(especially) Syd will get use to seeing other dogs and get better.

Also wanted to add, that when they do start pulling and jumping b/c they see a dog, I can hold them. I wouldnt take them all on a walk if I couldnt hold on to the leads when this happens.

If I only take one of them, I will only take Winnie b/c she is the one that needs exercise and I wont take the others b/c we will just go to the park later anyway.I could take two with no problem but I feel bad leaving someone out.

So my question if your dogs were great 95% of the time on a walk, would you take all 3?

Wow, I have trouble with two.  Its not the pulling, its the tangling.   Only way to know is to try it.

Daisy...I've worked out a system for the tangling, so that doesnt happen. I also trained them to stay on a certain side, and Lana stays out in front.

Wow, sounds like a little sled team you have there. Well, pro dog walkers takes bunches of them out together. Just from reading what others encounter on walks, I would take a riding crop, or pepper spray, strapped to your belt. Not for your own dogs, but in case something runs out to jump on your dogs. You would have your hands too full to separate them, with the other 2 dogs. You saw what happened to Pits and Dobes. One big complaint I hear from people out walking is off leash dogs running up to them. One gal said the dog ran up, barking and the owners would just stand there, all stupid, until some neighbor got down on them for not calling their dog back. Not that I think you should use it, but if you AIMED a can of pepper spray at their dog, I bet they would scoot out and collect it pronto.

I think I could easily walk three danes at once as long as they were all like Oscar. But they would all be fighting for my left side because thats where I want them. And yes you would have to watch more carefully about other dogs off leash running up to you. That happend to me the other day. So yes I think you should be able to do it.

Luckily for me there is an off leash park behind my house so walking three dogs at once would never be a problem

The only way I could walk three is if I used a coupler. But being sasha has arthritis she no longer goes for walks. Only thing with a coupler, is rufus would pee all over Lilly. She always has top follow where he goes.
