If you have been watching you saw that I said: I love you Jawlaw!

My hero! (bashful smile).

Seriously,

You rock!

Ciao.

I will state in defense of PitsandDobes: Judge ye lest not ye be judged.  Is that how it goes? O.k. screw the King--I never understood half of it anyway: in my words: if it doesnt bother you, doesnt hurt your family what's it to you if PitsandDobes is a minister?  Ministers make a considerable amount of money-  $5000 and up for a 4 day a month work schedule.  And some although their compensation is tax free do a considerable amount of charitable work in their communities.  Whose to say PitsandDobes is not Joyce Meyers who mind you did get a face lift courtesy of her congregation but never ye mind that.  The point is: PitsandDobes whatever you are and whatever you choose to be and however you wish to express your choices is your business, your right and your freedom.  Usually as long as it does not encroach on others. Do you girl! And don't sweat the haters and naysayers!  There will always be people who don't like you.  Shake them off!   Love, ME!"

MLS/Tyson- you were one of the first people I saw them bash when I first joined tp. TP was my first forum/chatroom ever and when I saw the things they said to you, I just had to jump in... lol.... and that was the beginning of the end for me..lol

I'm trying to stay out of trouble so I'm lying low...lol

I do agree there is a difference between being religious and having faith....it is just the way we are. I for one haven't been to church other than for necassary things...not since my daugther was killed by a drunk driver. I do my own thing and I'm a peace with that. I do think that the passing of the Pope will be difficult for a good part of the world. I don't think that you can lump people in Religious groups as being right or wrong. Just because you believe something different than I do, doesn't make me right and you wrong. As long as you aren't hurting anyone else, you have the right to believe in what you want. Saying that all Catholics are basically not worth talking to, because you have different opinions, is being preduditis (sp). I believe in my "higher power" and think that all should be able to express their views without someone making them feel like they are a lesser human being for it.

This topic was started because a very important person in some peoples lives has died. I feel a loss that I can't express...I'm not sure why...I just have this uneasy feeling.... I feel that the Religious community will be changed by one that has been the Pope for 26 years. It may turn out to be better or worse, sorta like a marriage, but it will effect alot of people throughtout the world.

Anyway....that is my feeling on the subject. Not that any of you care......

I never like talking about religion, this is why I have not chimed in. Heck my hubby and I will argue. So its not discust. This topic should not be brought up on forums, it always get out of hand. We are all gods children, can't we just leave it at that.

Kitty, that chubby guy dancing is disguisting, lol.....whew.

May the Pope rest in peace.  We may not all agree on the catholic religion, but no one can argue he was a devoted, hard working man.

I'm not going to comment on religion.  To each his own.  Someday we'll all find out the truth.  I don't believe in your truth, my truth,  lol.  There can only be one truth and no one really knows what it is.  Not even the pope.

Yeah, devoted, hard working, tough old bird. someone pointed out how fast Michael J. Fox went down to Parkinson's and how the Pope was still making appearances until recently.
Credit to his followers, I say
