Zoe acts like an un-neutered male! It wears me out. She humps everything and everybody. My leg, the kids, the other dogs, the furniture. I got a new stuffed puppy for her crate and she licks it on the face while she's goin' at it. It drives me insane. I know it's a dominance issue. I struggle with her everyday. I just wish there were some way I can make her stop. Besides being extremely dominant she's miserably stubborn. The worst part of it is, its like she gets stuck that way. If you knock her off, she walks around still going at it. Her body is all bent in a funny kind of way and her little butt is just moving back and forth. When she does this she hangs on for dear life too. If Tucker or Toby (who are huge labs) stand up when she is on their back she just stays there and keeps humping them while they are walking around. I have never seen anything like it. She's my little dog that I love but I hate her at the same time. We have a miserable love, hate relationship.

Have you tried a squirt bottle? Everytime she does it squrit her and say no! My dogs hate it and i use it when people come over so they dont jump on them, works wonders! And u can use it from a distance too!
Thanks Sydney but the squirt bottle doesn't do a thing for her. I even invested in one of those citronella collars. She could care less. It's like she doesn't feel or hear anything. Seriously. The dog doesn't have any feelings what so ever. I had her hearing tested and she can hear. She's like my kids. She only has selective hearing. She thinks she has to lay on everybody too. She'll go lay on the babies lap when the baby is in the floor and Gillian will pinch her skin in 2 places with both little hands and pick her up to get her off and Zoe has no idea. I know it would hurt a normal dog but not Zoe. Gillian would never think about doing that to any of the other dogs. Only Zoe. It's like she knows it doesn't hurt Zoe.

My Tanya had that problem with her poor sister, but she does not do as much with these other girls. Buck sure has his hands full. I think it is pretty funny watching girl dogs chase and try to hump the boys, esp. the boys that had a big chip on their shoulder. My amazons go after them like white on rice and the look on the stud's face is eeeeyow! git me outta here
