Our groomer friend does cats like that. I think they look kind of cool. She also has a Pom that she does in that clip, called a lion or fox clip. Very neat looking.

he got the lion cut, but he is not even on the sides and the didn't get all of the matts behind his ears like i asked. he feels really cool, like peach fuzz
Being a groomer, my mom has to shave cats all the time. They are hard to shave because their skin is soft and folds. I have nicked a few in my grooming days.

Hello..I have a blue lynx point hymmi...and I shave him...and used to shave the other 2 I had as well...I shave the brittney...heck I threatened to shave the Shepherds too...Ill shave anything to cut down on sheding in the house..it makes me crazy,....My cat...Kramer...has the lion cut also..except I shaved the entire tail except the very tip...he whips it like he really is a lion...He actually looks really good with it...I try to do it all year round...last summer/fall i didnt get too...becuase I was deathy ill from a surgery...but as soon as I had more energy on the table he went...I am learnig the schnauzer cuts now...I hate to see the first one...lol...they will undoubtedly be a hack job...
