But why is Huron stating it isn't fair?  She doesn't agree with flaming but she continues to flame someone...She berates but gets upset when the people she is berating don't want to hear it in chat.  And never said anything about the banning of people from TP chat. Does it only matter when it happens to you?

Some people I think have other agendas. Their true interest lies with TP and that is perhaps where they feel most comfortable.  Why pretend?  Simply go where you feel most comfortable and stop bringing the soap opera here.

lol oasis- Huron is the only one I have ever banned (that I can remember) except the time I accidently banned pits. I have kicked people from the room before, but it does not happen often at all.

Huron- I apologize if you think you were unfairly banned. Being banned in chat is not like being banned here, I think it only last for an hour.

Huron it matters.  No one well I certainly dont want to see anyone's feelings hurt.  I think Jawlaw said the banning was for one hour and everything is kewl now.  I think it was they didnt feel like being bothered with drama.  But I now see your side too.  You dont like the "control" they had in the situation.

If there nothing can be done to resolve the issue what is your next step?

I mean either you are going to let it go and let by gones be by gones and move on or you aren't.

I think perhaps Jawlaw simply didnt want to get into a fussy fuss but wanted to continue talking to Pits.  Perhaps they should have pm each other or let  you know it was a private chat (if there is such a thing).

I didnt do or say any thing wrong..Im upset at the stupidity of 2 people on this board..im not hiding it..im in the open ..that must be what upsets them so.

What upsets people is being called "the two biggest trouble makers" and stupid as you referred to us above.

Yes jawlaw can be a snot when she is upset (sorry jl I luv ya and I can be that way too)but she is a chat moderator and should not have to put up with someone calling her names. She is also a mod to "moderate" which means when you call another member nnames and a moderator what can you expect?

Huron, if jawlaw can't make it right at this point (as you say) then I certainley can't.

We all will have disagreements at times, but I have to be able to trust the judgement of the moderators here or else this forum has no backbone.  I wouldn't have put them in the position they are in if I didn't feel I could trust their judgement.

This is not to say that a moderator is perfect and cannot make bad/wrong choices.  We are all human.  With over 70 members on this board now, there will always be someone who is unhappy.  There is nothing I can do about that.

What would make this better for you?  I can't change the fact that you were banned from chat for an hour or so.  I can't ban one of the moderators over one incident that none of us will ever be able to see who started what.  I can't not trust the moderators decision because I am the one who put her in that position.  If repeat offenses occur, I'll look into it more, but this is the first time it has happened and I know you had issues with jawlaw before tonight.

You asked me "as the adminsitrator of this board, what could I do to make you feel more comfortable here" (not an exact quote, but close).  At this point, I don't know of anything else I can do.  This is not because I don't like you.  It is because I have only had one person complain about jawlaw and that person is you.  No one else here seems to have a problem with her and the decisions she makes.  If I had 10 ppl writing me about how she treats them unfairly, then I could see looking into the matter more. 

If you really like this forum and want to stay here, then just steer clear of jawlaw and this should not be a problem.  If it continues, and you feel it is unfair, then yes, I want to know about it, but this is the first and only complaint I have had on jawlaw and it happens to be from someone who didn't like her even before this happened.  You have to try and look at it from my point of view as well.

Why did they assume I was coming to fuss…I was never afforded the benefit of the doubt…I was attacked immediately…Sure. They should have just kept up the private messages or what ever if they didn’t want too chat. I would have left. . But I had to guts to go in there…and I would have chatted civilly if give half a chance. . I was not. . I think everyone should know…the ones who were unfairly banned have a hold of the banning button now and they in turn are unfairly banning…cant make right out of wrong. I’m sorry…

I came because I can…I didn’t click off frankly it would have been rude. And I too have nothing to hide. Just because you were the only ones doesn’t mean any thing. People come and go. I would have enjoyed talking to everyone. And collie mom came on. I could have chatted to her. But no. I was unfairly banned. I came on with no pretence or problem. And sure. I could have high tailed it when I saw you 2 on.but why…do you run my house.the answer is no. so you don’t run my internet…I wasn’t going to bother any one and you started to talk to me until the whisper came to stop and ignore…and the attack began i would have at least stayed to say what I believe in. or is that just your soap box to get on pits…I should have been afforded the same as anyone else was…I should have been banned if I came on intent to bother you two but I didn’t.
