Oh, gosh TNT, you mean they aren't really dead after the show? I think some of these folk had been fixin' to send relatives out there to bite some bullets with you all. I'm guessin' they are gonna have to find somewheres else to destination those paid vacations too... I have it on good authority that a couple of us go clean under the computer desk, thinking you can shoot at them right through that PC monitor in front of them...I'll see if Tyson and I can coax them out to be a little more sociable...
Of course they are, how could you get anyone to do the reinactment if they weren't. I think word would have spread by now if you was coralin people and they wasn't gettin out alive. LOL
We have the civil war reinactment out here in California. Once yearly over the hill from me. Gun shots going off. Its in July.
Yeah, my hubby want a big knife or sword he can wear there too. My boss is such a nut, he will do almost anything to be noticed. Very fun hubby and wife team.
Just take cash when you go, you can buy good swords at most sites, I have a nice Chinese short sword, and a very inexpensive, I mean $20 or so sword from Thailand. The smith expressed concern that it would break if I dropped it. I told him I had no intention of dropping it...I am very protective of my swords/weapons in general...The one sword is called Red, the other is Left, the Buck knife is Fang...
Thats funny. If they have names then of course they are cared for well. What faires do you go to. Any in California. They closed down the pleasure faire in the Sab bernidino area. Now my boss is off to another, which he is hating already. He's barely got his booth up and his neighboring vendor is fighting over space. Things are just not being handled correctly. Thus this part the people that visit the faires don't know about. He goes the Georgia, Maryland and New York too, used to have a spot in san Fransisco also. they are everywhere.
I am going with my Star War's club friends to Crossroads fair in Riverside/Corona. It is a growing permanent site. We did Devore fair the last 2 years. This Crossroads fair is cheaper, more things to buy. Since you are not getting ripped off everywhere you turn, you spend more money w/ the vendors...
