I took my dad to see it last spring. Expensive. If you are not stupid, you see why, right away, when you go. Even if you don't cry when you see horse's splendor, like I do, you cannot help but love this show. `The music, dancing, acrobats, trick riders, and the horses, oh goddess, the horses, are all too good to be true. Just when you think you got your money's worth, and the show is ending, they take an intermission, and come back with more and better. I highly recommend you see something this good in your life, at least once... Their web-site is funky, here is an article with pretty pictures... http://horseracing.about.com/od/latestnews/l/aa062304a.htm
I saw the show they did before this one. I was spellbound through the whole show. I can't wait for this show to start its touring. When they had the open barn shows of the horses I was there from open to close. This is the greatest show on earth.
Nah, Oasis, read the link that Proto made clikky for me... I saw the Lipps, they PALE in comparison to this show. I expected a Lipp show with filler acts...these are extremely hard working talented horse bondmates, doing what it is rarely privileged for the rest of us to see. A very intimate and huge presentation of the horse's spirit in it's connection with mankind...A tribute to Epona....she smiles at this, and showers us with grace for our attention.
Nay, beloved, curse not the night. Night is all. Night is recuperation from day, night is joy and rest...Blessed be the night. If this show comes in your area, I suggest that your spirit will gain from it's viewing. The horse is usually more pure in it's expression of life than the rest of us. It does not well tolerate oppression and deprivation...
