Well I do care to read your  opinion and now I will exercise my right to comment on it. Your comments are in bold.  Mine are not.

As far as freedom of expression. That is all one sided. If you disagree with the mouthiest members you will get chastised for it. Guaranteed. Since it seems to be a “them again us mentality” and this mentality is fueled From Ansy on down…

Well, in order to make it one sided as you say it is, I will need to go back and delete all your posts, right?  I mean, the only way it can be one sided is if only one side gets to voice their views.  I think the comment you are trying to make falls within the majority/minority category and not the one sided argument.  There is no one side to this as your posts (and others who feel like you) are still here for everyone to see.  Sorry, there are no rules that state that if you post your opinion everyone else must agree with you.

WHAT could you possibly take offensivley here?  Looking to pick a fight because YOU think TC means TP?  TC refers to the TalkCity members from other chat rooms who frequently enter our chat room.  I made NO MENTION OF TP OR ANY MEMBER OF TP IN THAT STATEMENT so why do you take it upon yourself to try and make as though I did?What in God's name is infalmmatory about me stating we could have problems from the memberbase growing and having more people from TalkCity chats coming into our room?  This comment has NOTHING to do with Terrific Pets.

And IF I would have asked her and she agreed with you, what would it have changed?  Even if jawlaw was in the wrong, I'm not going to ban her over ONE incident. People make mistakes.  She apologized to you.  I see no reason I should intervene further.

 Julie's doesn't bother anyone.  Yours does because you whine so much (IMO).  This is why I try and ignore you now.  You can't let anything go.  No answer is sufficient for you.  I answered all your questions in the past, but since they were unsatisfactory answers you just keep going, and going, and going.  Like the energizer bunny.  I wish the batteries in my camera ran as well as you.

We don't refer to all TP members.  Only those who have power trips and treated people wrong.  If you feel that you are included in that statement, there is a reason.

Im sorry. I have never been Banned from TP…But that does not make your elite group of the “banned” the right to chase off good people who want to contribute to any and all forum site that they can. I have read and let most of this stuff roll off my back.

Are we chasing people off?  Or do those people voluntarily leave when they are not agreed with by the majority?

I just hate…Blanket statements. Not all TP members are bad. Not all Furum members are loose cannons. But why do members who come from TP have to either choose or defend their right to visit any web site they see fit…I just don’t get it.

I hate blanket statements as well, but they are used.....and always will be.  You have to be able to decipher when the blanket statement applies to you and when it doesn't.  Others know if it applies to you as well.  So there is no need to feel you have to defend yourself when this happens.  IF you feel you MUST say something.  Say it.  There is no need to create an issue about it.

and my pm from Ansy have been discussed and I don’t think that is fair.but.so be it.its her foot ball she can do what she wants.but…I don’t have to be a kiss a** and be right up her you know what either…I am an individual and I respect others as individuals too believe it or not.

The please respect the fact that others are not going to agree with you all of the time.  IS this so hard to understand?  There aer PLENTY of people who don't agree with me on this board.  PLENTY.  They don't feel the need to kiss my a$$ either.  Did you read the thread about the School Systems yesterday?  Tyson pretty much put me in my place....but I didn't run off whining about it.  I knew her answers were not going to be what I wanted to hear and I even said that in my original thread.  Tyson is the farthest thing from an a$$ kisser I have ever seen, but ironically, she gets along with everyone here.  WHY?  Because she can state her views in an educated way and does not see the need to pi$$ and moan when things don't go her way.  maybe you should read that thread and learn how people actually can disagree with each other and it be OK.

Huron, your charade is getting old with me.  I am not going to ban jawlaw.  No matter how much you want me to, it's not going to happen - not off of one incident.  If you feel like you have to defend yourself every time you come on here then that is because YOU feel that way.  I don't see anyone saying that you need to.  All I see is others dis-agreeing with you and then I see you not being able to handle it.  Then you'll make stronger remarks.......and then so do they.

If I felt I had to defend myself every single time I made a post, I think I'd step back and look at the topics I was posting on.  There are plenty of non-hostile threads here which you could contribute to and not have to defend yourself.  You choose to post on these threads.  Anyone, including myself, who posts on a volitile thread needs to understand that there is a possibility of someone making a remark or statement that you do not agree with.  Especially if you don't agree with the majority.  Every public entity in the world works this way.  The monority is always the underdog and takes the brundt of things.  However, it does not mean that he shouldn't be heard.  Thats why I allow and encourage posts such as those which express your view.  Just because I don't agree with what you say doesn't mean that no one else does.

You really need to lay off the 'this forum is one sided' argument.  It holds no ground here.  I've allowed everyone to express their opinion, but like I've said before - just because you express it does not mean everyone is going to agree with it.

It seems to me that you want to be a part of a one sided forum.  One that can side with you.

It may be wise for you to adopt the attitude with others that I have adopted with you, and that is.......

I don't like you (I did, but I don't now)....so I'll try and ignore you....because you are like by others here and I can respect that.

 

This whole thing really needs to go away. I don't have time to read the last 2 pages. I hate how everyone starts agrueing with each other.  I also think that though it may seem to be hurting the forums to some, Many people are veiwing so in turn it is also helping the forum. This will blow over and the forum will also be better off for it.

I feel I need to state my beliefs of this whole thing.  I too have known Gina  for a few years. I think the same way pitpatz does, exactly. I could have written the same. I think Gina may have just been used in this situation. She has a busy life and has never ever caused any kind of ruckus like this. At first I beleived her then I changed my veiws when PandD proved herself. I think someone else sent it to her.

Well if I might ..I would begin with an apology..I saw in that thread a blanket stament about tp..not tc…So.if that is your reference..I am TRULY sorry…And I mean it sincerely. I would also like to add..I don’t want any one to be banned.. Jawlaw included.. Yes..I accepted her apology and all should be good. I have not made reference to her and stay clear of areas that I would otherwise not. All in the name of getting along.. But Ansy..You didn’t reurn PM’s from my self and another to validate those statements. .Sure..I know your busy..you have tons of mail and PM’s to read throught. But why let this slip through the crack. You  can discuss my pm’s with others and not me…hummm…that’s not the diplomact thing to do in this matter if you ask me. .I don’t underststand. I have done nothing that any one else hasn’t done with gusto..and now your last message tells it all..I really don’t care if you personally like me or not..or any one for that matter..I wont stop living because of it. .But why cant any one show the other side of a coin or give an opinion and not get this treatment..I post an all kinds of other threads.. But..If I read a volatile thread .I should have the same opportunity to voice my opinion..and they have the same opportunity to voice on mine. AS NO ONE ever questions.. I sure hope this can be agreed to disagree on..As I think some great people are coming here to post and chat…I think that is great…But…the one sided things has to do with a particular issue Ansy and you know what im talking about..
