at me today. lol it was rabies shot day for these two and I am getting snubbed. After all how dare I allow soem doctor to poke them in the but and tag them!! LOL Well they will get over it. Two more have an appointment next week. But my Dobies are legal Beagles once again. Now I am off the hook for 3 years for them 2. Florida does not recognize the 3 year shots so we always had to get the one years. UGH with 9 dogs that is a heck of a bill each time. Between the boosters the office visit and the Rabies they need it runs me a couple hundred. NOW I buy the other shots at the feed stores for 2.95 each and get their rabies for 14.00 each from the vet.

Florida does have the 3 year shots. When I brought in Storm a few months back I thought she needed her rabies shot and they told me no they are good for 3 years. Don't know who or what vet told you they don't but they lied.
When did you get the shot? Because We were told by the police and the vet that Florida does not recognize the three year shots anymore. Even the vet up here told us the shot would not be any good if we were in Florida. I visit there as I have family and friends still there. So I asked again as I was concerned in case someone had issues with my breeds.

Storm is due for a new shot in December, the shot was giving in GA when I lived there. All of my other 4 dogs also have the 3 year shot. It may be where you are going in FL but here they have the 3 year shot, if this is something new then I don't know why I haven't heard anything as all 5 of mine would need new shots. I was just at the vet 3 weeks ago and they said nothing about rabies shots for Winter.
Well I know if you got them here then they would run their three years but I know that Florida said they no longer issue the three year shots. That is just what I was told. I was in Gilchrist county maybe it is the county???

If it has been stopped then it must have been recently. Winter and Tigger were due for theirs last Oct, and they recived the 3 year shot. From what I have heard they have kept the 3 year shot. I haven't even heard of the county you are going to! LOL Must be up-state I don't know jack up-state but Panama City!
