Everything turned out fine as of last night! My 3rd shift guy has personal and family problems and decided to dissaprear for 3 days. That was fun put 2 of my people into overtime 60+ hours, my boss will be THRILLED! Well he came back explained what happened and I let him come back under the understanding that if it was ever to happen again he would not be able to come back and also that he is going to be written up. He gladly agreed and signed the write up. Good thing out of all of this is that I have 2 new people! Thank god! Now all I need is a assistant manager to help out with all the paper work I have pilled up in my office! I was in meetings and classes all week and wasn't at work so all my work has got backed up fun fun! I'm in for it next week but thank god I have today and tomorrow off! I can get some much needed rest! I left a note not to call me, if they do i'm not answering the phone!
