Everyone has such neat collections. I had a great uncle that collected Ford Mustangs. He had about 30 when he died. And yes they were actually the car not just a toy one. I wish I would have been closer to him when he died because maybe I would be driving one now. LOL!!! I'm bad.

I forgot, my son and hubby also collect hotwheels. They are getting more sets, variations and treasure hunts ever week....lol But some of my hubby's from when he was a kids are worth a good amount.

How am I supposed to take it when you call me "unnecessary to this site" and then say "SOME of it was joking" and after you say that only SOME of it was joking, you go ahead and say "Sorry!! But that wasn't necessary for this site"
Which part wasn't necessary to this site?? Please enlighten me. And please tell me exactly what part was joking. You say only some of it was joking. Which part was and which part wasn't?? You need to learn to talk better before you expect everyone to take it lightly.

hello all..What a post..the original idea is a wonderful one..As for collecting..I lost most of my collections in the fire I had. I did save the beyers horses, and my Moms cast iron collection. I love cows and have a lot in my kitchen as well as daisys. I had such a small house before I didnt dare collect any thing...But Now I might get back into the swing of things. I loved hearing what interesting things other people collect. And I loved the pics posted too...My Mother used to have some of those face mugs or little face vaces in our Kitchen window when I was growing up as a young kid..I dont know what happened to all my Moms glass stuff..and she collected ring box's too...I have not been able to find many things..so it is presumed lost forever...I pick up what i can at flea markets and resales if i see some thing that is a flash from the past...Kills me to see all the stuff on the "road show" that we as kids tore up..no wonder my poor Mother was on our butt all the time...LOL..well..lets see what else we collect....
