Mother's day gift idea involving my animals? Ideas

The question was kind of confusing but I thought getting a big print of a pretty picture of kitty, and putting it in a frame. My mom worships her Miss Kitty, and since she doesn't have long with us, I thought it may be a good idea.

Any more suggestions? I may need something more!

I think thats a great idea. I made my mother a scrapbook last year for mothers day and I dedicated one page just towards her Boxer. He was her dog that got hit by a car about two weeks before X-mas in 03. And next to his page was a page dedicated to her new Boxer.

I think that's a wonderful idea, Heff. I agree with O, I like the 2nd picture better. She's a pretty kitty!! I'm sure your mom will love it!!

I agree with the others - I love the 2nd pic!  I'm sure your Mom will love it framed as a gift for Mother's Day.


I hope you don't mind but I took the liberty of adding a special shape that I thought you might like - you could cut the pic out around the shape & matt it with a pretty color background and frame it.

omg denise that is such a good idea! I need to find some pretty paper or something, and get an 8X10 frame. Maybe I can put little quotes on the background (in my scrapbook I put her nicknames, cat quotes all around the pics) where the heart shaped pic is glued to. It would be too cute. I may have to do one of the dogs as well, they're her grandchildren as well. ha!

What a great idea! I also guess i'll be the odd ball and say that I like the first pic the best.  She looks like she's saying "i'm queen and never forget it!"  I like pics of animals when they look like they are thinking something and the first one she definitly is!

Stormy- I agree, she does look like she has something on her mind, saying "I'm the queen!!" But I think the 2nd pic is better for framing.
