One of my girls peed on my bestfreinds bed. I have had all my girls for at least a year and they have NEVER peed on a bed before. My best friend just moved in, and she was sleeping with me in my room for a while at first. I was having space issues so we converted the dogs room into her new bedroom. One week ago one of the girls pooped in that room too. I'm thinking maybe its b/c it use to be the their room so thats why they r having these accidents in there and on her bed? It really shocked me when this happened b/c as I said if my girls ever have an accident it is always on the floor usully in the dog room when it was the dog room. Why would one of them jump up on the bed to pee? I felt really bad and I wish we could have caught the culprit in the act, however I do have a strong feeling it was Sydney.
The peeing on the bed really grosses me out b/c once i had a friend come over and she brought her dog who peed on my bed and I was so mad. I told my bestfriend to make sure she keeps her door closed from now on to prevent any further accidnets.
Sometimes when there are major changes on the homefront dogs will regress a little in their training. It does sound to me as though at least one of them is showing her displeasure at losing her "space". Some people disagree and say that dogs can't be spiteful but I think our furpals surely can be at times! Many years ago I had a cat who never did anything wrong in the house unless I was away overnight - each and every time I was he would proceed to use every houseplant as his personal litter box!
I agree as well. I know Mollie can be VERY spiteful at times. Especially when we've gone and left them at home, Oh She gets mad!! She'll poo on the floor and get into the garbage and shred things all over. She's NAUGHTY!!
