Well, the breeder screwed me good. Her check bounced and now i owe the bank and can't pay my house payment. I have called her and left messages and she hasn't returned my calls. Such is life. Just needed to vent.
You should go over to her place and b*tch to her!! What a rude person!! I have other names to call her, but since there are children present, I'll not do that, LOL. I'm so sorry O!! Maybe take her to small claims court. She does owe you like $900, right?? That's a whole lot of money to be out!! I'd leave messages on her machine, saying that if she didn't get the money to you ASAP, you'd call the cops on her. Maybe that'll make her answer her phone!! The Dumb BOX!!!
I have left several messages and i have no idea where she lives now. I told her to call me today or i was calling a DA and taking her to court. She owes me a total of $800.00. To top it all off, i have been suspended from e-bay because i have a hacker on my account! I'm going nuts here
Oasis, that really sucks.Have you googled her name,or done a reverse number look up ? I had my ebay suspended for the same reason about a month ago.I haven't tried to get it reinstated ,have you?
Ok......ebay is fixed. I am going to get ahold of a DA and see what can be done. Believe me, if she doesn't give me my money back, i will post all over that board about her..............lol
Oasis...Im sorry this all happened to you. I must have missed when you did all of this I remember you were not sure what you would do with the dogs...So...she wrote you a bogas check..I would splatter her name as far as I could..she isnt a repupatable breeder in my eyes...not by any thing she has done to you in the past and certainly not now. I wish you luck and the police can come to her house and get her to pay up...Good Luck...
Well, i'm waiting for the check to return to me (my bank sent it to me) and i will call her bank and see if they can hold her funds until this is resolved. Not sure if they will but we will see. I don't want to splatter her name yet since she owes me so much money still but i will....lol
Here's the next drama:
I get a call from the corporate offices of my bank asking if i tried to withdraw $4000.00 with my debit card a couple days ago. I was like "NO....i don't even have that much". They said someone attempted to withdraw that amount but put in an incorrect pin number. They have now canceled my debit card and are sending me a new one and Brad has to go into the bank tomorrow to change his pin number. Weird thing is, i hardly ever use my debit card and when i do, i usually use it as credit. It never ends......
AAWW, O!! Sounds like you are having a really sh*tty day/week!! I'm sorry!! {{{{{hugs}}}}} I hope it gets better though. Today is Hump Day so it still has time to get better for you!! lol. Seriously though, I hope at least next week brings you some good luck/news!!
Oasis...Gee whiz...Seems you have been getting MORE than your regular helping of Murpheys Law...What ever can go wrong does...I will say...Hold on..its a white knouckle ride..then back to smooth sailing..Problem is..it never seem to stay like that long..LOL..Or it doesnt in my life any way...I hope it all calms down and you can catch your breath...I wish you all the luck and Im sending well wishes your way...
Since we talked lastnight I know I mentioned the scam emails I was getting from ebay. Yours was definitely legit? I got several emails in the past month saying the same thing to me but none were legit just losers trying to get my information. I reported them to ebay. Ebay will never send you an email telling you anything about your account. Since I am not sure how they contacted you or what happened in your situation I'll just assume that is not how it happened with you. Since you talked to live chat. I post this so others on ebay know NEVER EVER respond to an ebay email. Unless ofcourse you just bid on something.

I know when someone stole my purse they tried to use my credit card in the ATM. I think they tried to take out just a couple hundred but they could never guess my pin. I know they tried three times on the same ATM and after that the machine kept the card. But I was lucky that thats all they tried to use. Hope you get everything settled. How could someone have gotten a hold of your debit #?
One thing about bogus emails, there are usually misspelled words, like in your eBay email,
temporarily is misspelled.
One thing that I have noticed is eBay will address me by name in their emails. Be careful with your personal information....there is sooo much fraud out there.
Paige- I have NO idea how someone would have gotten my debit card number. I don't use it very much. It shocked me!
Nikki- This is the email i got from ebay:

Oasis, you say you use the card as credit, that means vendors and cashiers have access to the number. Working in a restuarant, I am always finding reciepts left on tables for master cards. These have your name, account number, and signature on them, so watch at least that you collect those. I won't even let a bank issue me an atm card. I also refuse those "upgrades to visa/mc" that walmart and other dept stores try to make. If they steal my sears card, it is not a visa for the entire town. You can just never be too careful, huh?
