Click on your own user name up at the top, where it's blue. Then click edit profile near the top right. Then, scroll a little bit down, you will see:

Avatar Type

 Whoa, that's big, but anyways, that section. Use the pull down menu to select the option to get one from your home computer or whatever, then browse, then upload, etc! Make sure the picture is sized to 100X100. If you need more help, post here again and I'll hook ya up. I'm not so good as explaining things :)
