Ok, firstly, I want to try to make myself clear, that I hope this doesn't offend anyone. I am really not trying to be rude or anything. But I feel the need to post this...
Acey was banned, correct? From posting the picture of ansy. I think thats fair enough. But what 'thewatcher' posted and didn't get banned is not. If ansy got banned, thewatcher certainly should. Not just for posting a pic of someone, but for threatening as well. That stuff freaks me out, and it's one of the reasons why I get scared to go on certain sites.

Acey was banned because what she did pertained to a member of this forum.
The Watcher did not do anything that was in regards to a member here. She was banned and no longer a member before TW posted his post.
I just don't allow our forum members, including myself of course, to be treated that way by another forum member here. Those who are not members are fair game. It would be no different than posting a funny pic of George Bush. He isn't a member here. It's the same with that link that someone (can't remember off the top of my head who) posted with that kid's pics on it. To my knowledge, that kid isn't a member here so the photos will remain.
If Acey were a member at the time TW posted that, then of course it would have been the same result for him as well, but she wasn't.
The only exception is if a member posts a photo like that of themselves.
