Guess what my crazy puppy did??

She found my cell phone charger and chewed thru it!!!  Did I mention it was plugged in???  Oh and when I found it, bare copper wires were touching my carpet.  Thank God that a fire didn't start and that my girl didn't get hurt.

I tried to puppy proof the house, honest I did, but how can I hide all of the wires??  This was under my bedroom side table, under the little table cloth thing.  Ughhhh, what am I gonna do with her??

Maybe that's why the hair on the top of her head won't lay flat lately.  She's got a mohawk thing happening and I have tried everything!! Straightening balm, gel, blow drying it...uh oh, maybe I've said too much about how I groom my puppy  :)

Have any of your dogs ever done anything like that?  Any tips on the mohawk?

My puppy use to have a mohawk. The vet made a comment on it. The breeder I got him from had tried to cut it himself and did a horrible job. Also, since it was puppy hair, it just went everywhere. It was pretty funny. As he grew older, it got better... so be patient...lol

Thanks, it looks cute in a pony tail but she hates ribbons and bows, I love them though.

She's part shih tzu and most of her roots are white and the ends black (vet said coat is changing) so the little black mohawk is even more obvious! lol

She's still a cutie to me.  it's just looks soooooooo funny!!

puppies seem to find things we think are hidden. When my girl was 5 months she found a bottle of Alieve and ate all the pills, she had to be hospitalized but luckily she is ok now.

Once Missy chewed through the cable cord. We didn't know why the cable wasn't working until the cable guy came out.

Kids these days are all sporting mohawks. They dye them green or orange.

Did I ever tell you about the day I had to have the cable company out because our cable no longer worked??????

Yeah, after about an hour of him being stumped, we moved the couch out, the old cable connection for when the tv was on the other side of the room was behind the couch, it had been chewed through! lol

I was so embarassed...he said...don't worry, I should have thought of this sooner....it happens all the time. He just didn't know it was back there!  lol

Oh wow, she was so lucky.  I know a women that her toy poodle pup, climbed its enclosure at night and chewed an electrical cord and well, sadly she did not make it after all efforts were done to save her life.

My silly girl Lilly was sitting on our chair a little while ago. She had my undies. Hubby had folded laundry and I thought he just missed one. So i took it away, then a few minutes later I see her spying me being suspious looking, like she is hiding something. She had a whole pile of them, boy was she is heaven. I did not see them because of the blanekt there,LOL What is it about panties. LOL

Ya'll are lucky they only chewed your cable wires. Mine complety dug them up in my back yard and destroyed them! Haven't had cable in months cause the cable company wants me to pay for it all to be replaced. I don't think so. I told them when they first put them in that they were going to dig them up cause they ran in right next to where my washer drains into my spekt tank and they hear the water and dig up the pipes. It's a huge mess!

When Storm was a puppy I left a fan on for her while I was at work and she was created. To this day I have no idea how she got the cord. She managed to get it and chew it to bits. She wasn't shocked or anything. I think Winter had something to do with it, she hated Storm at first and I think it was her way of "getting ride of her" LOL.

Well Chason is at Grandma's for daycare today and she just called me. She left him in the laundry area while she ran to the store. When she returned 40 minutes later she found he had chewed off the windguards at the bottom of both doors. He was left with about 6 or 7 chewtoys...but I guess he couldn't resist the temptation of some good ole fashioned plastic. So...guess I have to stop at Home Depot before picking him up. Darn dog!! lol

By the way, the culprit under the couch with the cable wire....there is only one pipsqueek in this house small enough to go under there....any guesses??!!??!!  lmao

I'm glad to know I'm not alone!!

My mom's boy bichon, Sparky, had a thing for underwear too.  He didn't care if they were clean or in the hamper to be washed.  LOL.  He hasn't collected a stash though.  That's funny!!
