Certain things are really starting to get to me and I would really like to get a few things off my chest.
First: The whole thing with TP. Why can't we just be better then them? Let them have their fun and talk all they want. Last time I checked words never killed anyone. Everytime something happens on TP it's posted here. We feed their fire. Yes, I've had my part with the whole TP thing but I dropped it a long time ago. I think everyone else should to. Act like they aren't even around. Thats what I do. So what if they say this or that. It only shows how childish they are. When we react to what they say it adds more problems.
Secondly: When a new member joins why don't we just welcome them. There is no need to accuse them of being someone else. Time will tell and the truth always comes out. People are going to join with similar names as people on TP. There are a few Stormy's on a few boards i'm on. I don't know what is going on with this hole Rhonda thing, I saw the word TP and stopped reading. If for some reason it is her then fine! Let her be, if it is someone else welcome them with open arms. Accusing people that have just joined of being someone else is not going to make them stay.
I like everyone on this board and I want this place to go places. But, the way things are going we are starting our own end. Ignore all the BS stop posting about TP it will all end sooner or later. Everyone knows there will always be trouble makes, they are on ever board. If you see a post that is about TP just ignore it don't comment has hard as that might be. It was hard for me at first but I have learned just to exit out of the post when I see TP somewhere in it.
People are accusing people of "impersonating" others. If so let them, the truth always prevails. You know who you are and they know who they are. Let people have their fun this is the Internet, you can't always take everything so seriously.

I'll start. I will make sure I don't. I suppose even if I post a neutral comment, a post is a post, and hyping it up, responding at all, etc, encourages it. So, good post, good points, I won't do it anymore, either. I sure like this place
I agree with some things that you had to say Stormy.But this part:

Shadow, I completely agree with you BUT, something's people are taking to the next level. Things that are really nothing. The whole picture thing, personally I would have laughed about but, thats just me. I could care less what people think about me. I am who I am and I expect that. For someone to do the same back crossed the line in my book. Yes, it may have been wrong to do it in the first place but to react the same way back shows a level of immaturity. We are all adults here for the most part, would you want to show your child how you act and have them act the same way? I know I wouldn't. The old saying an eye for and eye doesn't exist.
Stormy I agree completely. On both forums I don't respond to posts that are meant to cause animosity between the 2 forums. Sometimes I do read them, but in general whatever the issue between the people who have problems with each other on each forum is--- and honestly, I have no idea exactly what it is-- it's none of my business. It's someone else's quarrel and I have no more business joining in or even telling them to stop than I would have stopping a couple of ladies at my school from a personal argument. Besides, it's one less thing to stress over.
If there is a post that is deliberately inflamatory, and nobody replies to it, it will be on the second page by the end of the day. But just as I sometimes enjoy reading those posts (late at night there's a boredom factor) I believe some people enjoy participating in them. And for goodness sake, I am not implying any member of either forum specifically. I believe that when some people are bored, with nothing better to do at the moment, they find it to be entertaining and exciting to play the controversy game. If there are some who want to do that, it doesn't bother me. If it did, I would exit the post, like Stormy. The only time it is annoying to me is when it is all over the first page, in lots of posts. It would be nice to have the bickering confined to one thread, which is probably impossible to do. What's funny is that I believe that if we did have one bicker thread, it would stay at the top of the board constantly and rack up more replies and views than any other on the board.
Kinda off topic but when I am up late, no new posts on the boards, nothing to be done, sometimes I go to tinypic.com and just browse all the pictures. It's entertaining-- pics from all over the world of anything from people making faces to Mt. Everest.
Stormy you are very right. I don't get much involved. But if I read it its only because its brought here and I don't want to be kept in the dark. So I think too, that if we just don't hop on the bandwagon their flame will burn out. They will latch onto someone lese to bother. Their posts should not be brought over here. Anyone going to different chats should not bring the gossip here. It really surprises me that all that flaming goes on in their chats. I used to go to chats on another furm, and no one was dragged down.
