How do you know if your banned from TP?

i think they are just having technical problems. i couldnt get on either last night or tonight. keep getting 'this page cannot be displyed.' http 500 internal error. so you are probably getting the same ?

Yeah Dusty! Thats what Ive been getting tonite too! I havent even been on the comp. for a couple days and when I do .......LOL!!!

OEB...you have to actually do some thing controversal or what is presieved as controversial in TP eyes in order to get banned...Like one person gave disrespect to mods by giveing (verbablly mind you) the finger. Or in rare circumstances an offensive ip address could link you to another person causing trouble and get banned that way,.I know Im not baned and I get the same error message...They have difficulties every once in a while like most sites...I have not been there today...but it is probably fixed by now...Well...all relax and dont just to conclusions...None has done any thing to get in trouble for on either site...This talk of baning has everone hyper sensative to it..Your all great people who are not under the gun...dont worry...

Huron- I beg to differ on that. You can be on TP and not break any rules, just disagree with the mods and get banned. That has been proven time and time again. Not wanting to get in an argument, but you were not there when a lot of it happened. Don't believe everything they tell you over there.

why can't people just BE NICE ! its just as easy to say nice things as it is to be rude. i for one dont have any problems with any of the people on this forum and hopefully it can remain that way .so there is no reason ,if you dont like someone in perticular, that you cant just keep it to yourself. though i have never been one to piss in my own playground !

Jawlaw..you are right..I have not been there when some one got baned unfairly for disagreeing with a mod...But I was there to see pits get baned and i was there to see dusty get baned..and I have seen both persons get back in..I have hear it said that One poor unfortuante victum of a unfair baning gave a mod the finger...I would say that isnt too innocent..I dont no the particulars about each and every case...and contrary to popular belief I dont ask TP members what happened either..I think it will be a biased answer either way from either side..So..If you feel unfairly banned do like pits and dusty did...get unbanned..since most go there any way...if you dont care about banning and dont vistit there..it should be no problem to any one..But I did want to state that your right..I didnt get to see the majority get baned..I was off line due to surgery when most of the baning happened...But I have seen some since..I was just stating to the members who were saying they got a 500 error messge that they thought they were baned..thats all...I have not seen any of them do any thing offensive or constredued as offensive or controversial...So I was just stating to relax and not worry about banning..Thanks all...
