Oh wow you guys all have such beautiful pets! I am so glad I found this place. I went out tonight and could hardly wait to get home and log on! Some of the threads are over my head and at times confusing but I guess with time I will catch on.
My friend who lives in the states sent me her Dogster link and tried to explain to me how to set up an account but I ended up having to have my neighbor do it for me. I still haven't figured out how to resize my pictures so that I can use one as an avatar. Im a little dimwitted at times!

I noticed that you said you found us by a Google search. I'm glad to hear we are in the Google search results. I've been searching for us in google for a while now and haven't been able to find us unless I search by the actual name of The Furum. Glad someone is finding us.

Also, if I remember correctly, you said you had never been a member of a pet forum before? Your dog, who is beautiful by the way, is pup pals with Scout1's dogs from the TerrificPets.com forum. Her dogs are Scout and Thunder, both of which are pals with your dog. If you haven't ever been on a pet forum, how do you know Scout1?

Scout1 is not very fond of this place and is not a member here, so I'm just wondering what the connection is. Could you fill me in a little? Thanks!

BTW, that really is a good lookin' dog you have!

Hello Ansy im not sure who you are talking about. i just got my Dogster page yesterday and right after I joined here I got a couple of pup pal requests i just assumed they were from members here. I was actually looking for answers as to how to dose Iveremectin and where to get it and I put in several search words thats how I found this forum.

She probably was scouring this forum and, for whatever reason, made a request for pup pals.....lol. Maybe she is trying to win the "Most Pup Pals" of the year award and just leaches on to new members. Thanks for the explanation. I'm sure you'll find the help you are looking for here. This forum has lots of great people.

Well- however you found us, we are glad you are here. Noticed you are a member at TP, too. You must have found that forum in your search, too. Do you know Shig from TP. She is also from Canada and has some of the same pup pals that you do! It's always fun to find people from the same area with the same interests!

Also, do you remember what "search" words you used to find our forum. I am always trying to find words that will bring our forum up but so far I have not found any..not even Ivermectin or Heartguard. Maybe I am spelling them wrong. Oh well..

I at first when I saw your name Jas, thought your were maybe a Mod from Auspet.com being you are both from Canada. I Scout use to go there or still does. But under a different name I believe. I am pretty certain. But this new Jas has a different dog, unless its a new one.

puttin, I thought the same thing. But when Furum Jas said she never been on a pet forum before, I ruled that out. And I don't think Jas at Auspet has a pit bull.

I took a look Pitz hers is a shepard mix sort of it has a dark face and tanish body. You can view her profile thru the members. I am sooooo done with that forum.

Jas...I personally dont care if you belong to every forum on the net..as long as your here for all the right reasons then your A-O-K in my book...we have enough junk going on with out more to add to it..So..If your into yacking and sharing pet stories and tips then we need more like you. As for pet forums..I hear of a new one and have not yet looked but joined 2 last week...all have good and bad to them as none are or will be perfect. Not many have private messages capabilities and some are designed horizontial insead of vertical..but if you like what you read its all good...So..take care Jas..and tell us about you..your pets or just your opinion on a topic...have a safe holiday everyone...

Yep thats me, Its pretty hard to get a good picture of three dogs at once, so that one had to do. One day I will let you know why so many left auspet.

Hi all I believe someone asked me if i am a member at the Teriffic pets forum? i just joined yesterday after Ansy mentioned it in her post to me. I find it a little hardto keep up with though. Not sure whats going on as far as all the questions i am gather from what I have read that there is some sort of tiff between a few members here and Teriffic pets? Im a little confused by all the questions it feels like theres an underlying question thats not being asked. my exact search words I cant be certain of i typed in Pet med questions,Pet forums,Pet questions, forums pets, ivermectin questions etc I came across a next day pets and pet lovers forum, mikes pet forum so and so on. As i said before i got Dogster requests and i was excited about them i do not know who they were from. thanks again for the welcome I hope I answered your questions
