I seen your post to me under the Scout thread.How are you doing?.I see that Jp got adopted,im sure to a good home.I adopted a chihuahua from our local shelter.She is around 2 years old.Im not sure if I'll be keeping her yet or not.Her and Shadow has issues.I won't take her back to the shelter though, if it doesn't work out.I'll find her a good home.She just got spayed yesterday , so she has been sleeping most the day,goes to the vet on Monday.I hate going to the shelter, it just brings me down, you know? This chihuahua was found out by our lake here.Probaly got dumped or maybe someone lost her on Memorial weekend.Hey,hows the three muskateers doing?

Golfing today.What a rough life I'll tell ya.Have you been to Monteray?.It's beautiful and they have a Bubba Gumps there. I love to eat there.

I am going to have to try to get hubby to go with me to the expo. Last weekend we were in Tustin for a chili cookoff. Never went to one before. It was nice, lots of vendors, many many beaded this and thats. LOL I have a hard time buying those thigns cause I used to do it myself and still could if I wanted. Just need a little inspiration.
I am going to go down to the rescue today, about noon. I am not surprised J.P. found a home. He got alot of attention at the chili cookoff last weekend. I see they already have new dogs on the site too. Nice looking belgium shepard. They always get new dogs.
Thats great about the chi. You know it takes a good few months for them to work out their differences. Is shadow dominant? and the chi what temperment is she? It could work out. Just give it some time. I mean if Shadow wants to rip her throat out then thats different. But with a male and a female it should work out. Let shadow have his peace. I bet the chi want to play with him and he is being snooty huh. Thats what Sasha did.

Oh I found out about that new pet store in town here. They were shut down once and relocated, so only a mater of time before they close down again. Before they sold pet supplys, bird, and some pups. Now almost all pups.
First of all, remember the movie Forrest Gump?I think thats where the name Bubba Gump came from.The restaurant is decorated with different things that have to do with the movie,and when your waitress comes over she gives you alittle Forrest Gump quiz.They have seafood, Delious!
I know what you mean about trying to get hubby to go.My husband use to go everywhere with me, without any complaints,but now forget it,I'll just go alone ! No fun going with someone that doesn't want to be there,ya know?
The chi I got from the shelter is sick.She goes to the vet in the morning.She has been blowing her nose and making funny sounds.I think maybe it's kennel cough.I just hope Shadow don't het sick,it scares me with him being older.But she is a sweet dog.Hasn"t done much but slept.I wonder if that is normal after spaying ,do you know? I have decided that Im not going to keep her,for various reasons. Sometimes It just don't click.Im thinking giving her a try with my Dad,not sure yet.
