RE: The Verdict is in!

Only the children will know what really happened......and remember for the rest of their lives.

sorry oasis. it really isnt funny .the whole mess. what i cant get over though is the fact that there were suspicions about him in the first place. so why did the parents allow the children to stay the night at his house? dont make any sense to me. its like they were saying . he might be a child molester, so go spend the night there and we can see if he really is. they should be held accountable for their actions too. and he really isnt free. we all have to answer to the man upstairs when our time comes.

Did they actually find child porn at his house??? Because that is a crime in itself, you can't posess that kind of stuff legally.

Oh i didn't think any one was joking Dusty...  I just know that it's something that only the children will know for sure.  I totally agree that IF the parents knew he was a possible molestor then they should have never let those kids go there.  Maybe they were hopeing to sue him and get millions, who knows.  I think most parents try to avoid those situations but unfortunately in many everyday situations, a lot of parents don't find out until after the fact.  I feel for those kids.

Dusty,

I wasn't trying to be rude to you or anyone else but quite frankly I was shocked when you said:

"i say yeah !!!! they let o.j. off when he was guilty as sin of murder. it wouldnt be fair to charge michael when they didnt even have enough evidence . so i am glad for him . hopefully he will get some counseling for his issues, but i dont think he is a bad guy."

Let me take your comments with what I have issue with and avoid a generalization. In my opinion, Michael Jackson is a bad guy! He is a pervert, child molester, pedafile, just like OJ and Robert Blake are wife murderers, proven or otherwise.

I can look past the money, the celebrity status, the music many of you enjoy and be a realist and say that once again justice was not served because a rich celebrity got away with a heinous crime against society and specifically against children.

There is no way to rationalize what happened in the neverland bedroom with any other crime that another celebrity got away with so we shouldn't try. Counseling as you suggest won't help what is wrong with MJ. A long jail sentence, abuse by prisoners named "Bubba", a no nonsense staff of country music loving guards, and a judge and jury that are not afraid to put him where he belongs is what is needed.

A trial for people like him outside of the state of California would change the outcome and would change many outcomes of the trials of the rich and famous. But some "frontier justice" leveled by a gunslinging father of an innocent child who becomes a victim would be the swiftest and most fitting of an "end to all ends".

These are the opinions of a father of five children, a gunslinger and a realist.

i will say this one more time. i wasnt there in his neverland bedroom, living room, kitchen or anywhere else in neverland. nor was i in the courtroom. so i am not saying he is guilty or innocent . where is the EVIDENCE. the prosecution was obviously lacking it or he would have been found guilty. it is not my or your place to judge anyone. thats why we have a court system. and whether or not we agree with how it is ran ,it is better than having people running around taking the law into their own hands. and if someone does slip through the system now they will still be held accountable when they stand before the god on judgement day !

Dusty, We respectfully agree to disagree. I will share one parting line with you from a joke I heard yesterday:

(deleted joke- not appropriate here. You can post it in the NC17 folder-jawlaw)

Oops, well I bet it was funny.
Mostly you are right TNT, but abusing MJ in a jail is not what will make things better. Although his intentions towards those kids doubtless were not honorable, he does not deserve physical abuse as punishment[whether we mete it out with our own hands, or allow others to do it and turn a blind eye]. The wrong guy was strung up many a time in the old west. He had little to say about it, while he was hanging there. Personally, I think the COST of incarcerating the guy would have been something large enough, that we should sigh with relief we are not shelling that out, also.

Dusty,

I have to disagree with you. You dont know if someone from this forum has ever been at jacksons ranch. I happen to have been there, and I cannot believe that you would generalize to a degree to know that nobody here has been there. Where did that come from, dusty?

Also, I disagree that the prosecution lacked, as the reason why other cases go the wrong way. Look at Scott Pederson or OJ's case. Nobody thought those would end the way they did. Sometimes the system works and sometimes it dont. I guess thats why some people take it in their own hands to make justice happen, even though it is wrong? I guess its the way you look at it.

I guess its time to appologize to Troubled, Dusty!

Everybody Loves,

Raymond

apologize for what? for having an opinion? i dont think tnt and i have a problem with each other. like he said we RESPECTFULLY agree to disagree. and honestly it seems to me that the only time YOU come on here is to make rude comments. and i definately dont expect we are all going to agree. but you dont see me coming here just to slam anyone. my opinion STANDS !!

No shiny there was no kiddy porn found as his house as far as I know just normal porn which one of the kids fingerprints was on. But I have to say as a kid I was nosey and looked through my parents stuff too but they never showed it to me so that would explain that.

My mother is a hard core Court TV watcher. I don't watch much tv personally. But she is the one who informed me that the porn was of women and of children. I can't say it is a fact, but I am quite sure she got her info from Court tv. Who knows. But, deep in my heart, I don't doubt it at all.

Anyways, we will all have different opinions, so TNT and Dusty are good to respectfully disagree. I see where no one owes an apology here. That is what a good forum is for. Sometimes we can read another persons opinion and laugh or other times it makes us think harder about what we really know. No big deal.

I feel sorry for MJ and I hate MJ all at the same time. I think it is fair that many have mixed emotions about the whole thing, but we also have an opinion. I think this discussion has been fairly interesting, not that it is about MJ, but to see the different ways people look at things.

On a lighter note...the sun is out....the pool is calling my name, it is early, but it won't be long before I am soaking in more rays! Yay!

I agree, MPP. No one needs to make an apology.

I see no place where anyone needs to apologize. After all, we ARE allowed to have different opinions on here, aren't we??That is what a forum is all about- different opinions and discussions need that.

Raymond.... I think all Dusty said was that she has never been there. And I see no need for an apology.

But anyways.... I feel like just because he was found not guilty in court still doesn't make him innocent.

Why do y'all have to pick apart everyone's posts, anyhow?? I was just wondering, TheWatcher always said to take everything with a grain of salt and not take things so seriously so I was just wondering why you've got to pick apart every single thing everyone says and make it sound like it's something different.

thank you mollie ! its getting to the point where i dont even want to post anymore here because i have people come out of nowhere ( not regular posters) and pick everything apart. and then another that agrees with them. it is very hurtful. i may answer others peoples posts, but it is always respectful .but i rarely start my own post because i know there are a few that will have some rude, smart remark. i know that i shouldnt let it bother me, and i guess if i was a cold hearted person ,it wouldnt. but i'm not and it does. so if it makes you feel good that you upset someone to the point of tears raymond, then i am glad i made your day !

I agree, there are a few who only pop in to argue. Not sure why they can't participate on a normal level. I am not pointing a finger or naming anyone, but there are three or four that never discuss anything with us, yet pop in to be a little rude, but that's how a forum goes.

Don't take it personally Dusty, it was just idle conversation....no biggie.

Paige,

The reason you didnt see what was posted by dusty, was being dusty deleted it. You would have agreed with the appology statement if you would have read the unedited post.

Im not here to be rude. I just voice my opinion even if it is different of others. If you cry over reading something here, then its time to grow up, its just an opinion. Life is too short to cry over what someone wrote on a pet forum.

Anyhoo....

MJ is a free man so lets not try him again as Nancy Grace and Troubled are doing. Let the guy alone so he can recooperate and go on a tour and give us all pleaseure with his incredible music and dance. Do you people realize that Michael Jackson is the best dancer in the world? I have never seen anyone that can duplicate his moves the same way.

Everybody loves,

Raymond
