Thought y'all would like to see how well Chancy's tan has evened out in just under 3 weeks time. He's such a total love bug and for the life of me I can't understand how anyone could part with him...it sure isn't going to be easy for me to let him go when the time comes.
Here he is snoozing:
Another snoozin' shot:
If it's got a squeaky bladder, he'll do his best to kill it:
He is darling, Crestie!! Yeah, why don't you keep him?? It's not like it's a big dog and I don't think having just one more could hurt any..............................
He's great! I love the tongue while he's sleeping too! They are beautiful and so unique looking. I bet you guys get stopped constantly in public. I know if I came across either of those guys in Petsmart I would just be dying to touch one!
I wish I could adopt Chancy!! He looks like such a doll! And I wish you could keep him as well ,but more power too you if you can bear to find another home for him!!! Fostering keeps our Furkid babies alive! He is way more attractive since you evened out his tan! But from what you have said , also his pics he is diffently a keeper! These are one of my fav. little doggies! I fostered an OEB, {now my new fav. big doggie!} named Mia, placed her once then I got her back! I think it was destined because we had such a bond! Mia was only a foster, and I was inspired to do a "scrapebook"! She was my first scrapebook subject, and I think it was for a reason! Everyone is either scared or in awe of her when they meet her! Good luck, Im sure Chancy will find a home SOON! If not PM me and we will take him! LOL!!! Truely a doll! Keep us and me updated on Chancy as I would like to know what you end up doing!!!!!!!!! Want to say again Crestie- GOOD WORK_ we need more of you around here!
what cutie pies you have ! i have never seen one before until a few months ago. i have seen them with and without hair and always wondered how they did those haircuts. i didnt realize they grow like that. beautiful dogs !!!
Looks like he is getting into shape, also. Congrats... The two dogs make a nice contrast. The spotted one is lovely. I bet with the good care he is getting now, the dark dog will be a lovely color and attractive shape in just a few months You can see his spots, already.
Thanks everyone. As for keeping Chancy, if I weren't married I'd keep him in a heartbeat. Hubby says if we adopt out Pixie we can keep Chancy, but that ain't gonna happen. Pixie doesn't like daddy much and takes every opportunity to remind him of it (I"m leaving to go to Dallas Thursday a.m. for the American Chinese Crested Club specialty show and I'm worried that Pixie may be AWOL when I return)
Lil Ricky (spotted kid) was also a foster dog that we adopted a few months ago. I rescue/foster because I absolutely adore this breed, but they give me far more than I could ever give them.
