Driver's License Privacy?

This works...I just tried mine. Scary OK, this is just too much! Can you say "privacy?" As in, "where is our right to it???" I definitely removed mine. I suggest you all do the same....

Now you can see anyone's Driver's License on the Internet, including your own! It asks for U.S. info but it works for Canada, too. I just searched for mine and there it was ... picture and all!

Go to the website and check it out. Just enter your name, City and province to see if yours is on file. After your license comes on the screen, click the box marked "Please Remove".

This will remove it from public viewing, but not from law enforcement. http://www.license.shorturl.com

OMG!! That's incredible!! I removed mine right away. I don't want other people to be able to see my drivers license!! Why do all the stores ask for your license number now, if they just can look on the net for it?? That's what I don't get!!

its true what they say about your drivers liscence picture always looking bad. they sure made a monkey out of me in mine ! i removed mine too. lol

Shiny, I didn't like that sight! Sheesh, I was able to pull a pic up of my parents house!!!!! It was a hair off but too darn close for comfort!! Man, that makes me wonder about something.


I talked to a guy online years ago, when I was first divorced. I remember him saying to me "I see you live next to a golf course?"  I now see all he needed was my name, basically, to narrow it down and get a pic!! I was freaked out and quit talking to him. I lived alone with my kids and didn't need some psyco showing up. I don't know....some of this crap has gone too far.

They had a thing on t.v. about how many cameras are taking your picture each day and how many video cameras are watching you when you least suspect it. Like sitting in a restaurant, at an intersection in your car, walking down a street, dressing rooms in dept. stores, at work, in people's homes, web cams, gas stations, banks, grocery stores, libraries, sport events, schools, just to name a few.


So, don't pick your nose, adjust your underwear, scratch an itch, because more than likely someone is watching.


My Husband and I got caught on photo radar speeding and it takes a picture of the people in the vehicle. It was quite obvious that we were disagreeing (fighting) about something. Probably about my Hubby's driving.  


So, people, don't forget to smile.

I went to that site and it only had me as my maiden name. It had Brad on there 3 times, one for when he lived with his parents, one for when he bought his first house, one for the 2nd house he bought, after we got married. But not for this house and I wasn't on there for when we got married and I moved in with him............hhhmmmmmmm..............
