I have this giant palm tree in my backyard. Sometimes a squrill(sp) will go up there and my dogs will surrond the tree whimpering and barking. They also jump up as high as they can to try and bring the squirll down. They will jump off and grab a piece of tree and hang by it or rip it off. It is really annoying cause this whole thing gets loud with barking, claws scracthing the tree, and crying. So this happened this morning, and I decided to put an end to it. I went out there and got the hose. Of course they stopped when they saw me but they were still circling the tree crying and stuff. Winnie started barking and I got her good a couple times with the hose!!! I got Syd once too. But I was standing out there for 10 min with the hose running waiting for them to start up agian. Of course they didnt and I wasted all that water...lol...ohwell.
You want to me to bring my Daisy over. The little roof rats don't make it to the tree. I have to make a lot a noise before I let her out so they have a fighting chances. Most of the squirlls now avoid my yard.
