Today I have to say I'm stupid enough to live in Phoenix, AZ.   115 degrees today and I'm really cranky.


But I will soon be moving since we just closed the deal on some property in Surprise AZ. (Love the name!) It has a huge building that we will move our business into and a really ugly house that is going to be torn down and a new one built in its place. But I have to sell the house we're in now right away and the new one won't be done until Dec. or Jan. So I may very well be homeless for 6 months.


DH and I were thinking about getting a small trailer home or a travel trailer and living in it for the duration. Let's see, me + Hubby + 2 dogs + 3 cats + fish + 6 turtles + small space = mental melt down.

I'm from boring old Estherville, IA, in the NW corner, 10 miles from the Minnesota border. Have lived here my entire life.

I live in a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri the gateway to the west. Home of the cardinals, the rams, and maybe not for too much longer the Blues. I live about 5 minutes from the house i grew up in.
