This am 09:17 on 7th of July 6 Bombs were detonated by Al-quaeda terrorists who have admitted they done it. The bomb were detonaed at Peak time and the police were not warned prior to these sad events. Usually the terrorists do give prior warning that there are bombs in a given area etc..
I am sickened by the news and the fatalities are rising. The sick ba$$ards done it at peak time on several underground trains and on a double decker bus.
They were detonated in zone 1 of London. My brother lives in Zone 1 and Thank god he decided to take a day off , but his girlfriend is missing whether she has been seriousley injured or did not survive i dont know but the city is in chaos and she could just be caught up in the flurry ..
Please say a prayer or if you dont pray just spare a thought for those in London..
I read the msnbc article on this just before I logged in here. It really is very sad. Those m***** f*ckers are gonna get what's coming to them, just wait and see. I hope to h*ll they get bombed and every last one of them dies as horrible a death as those in these subways and trains and the bus, and those in the Twin Towers and the Pentagon here. It really is sad, to say the least.
im pretty speechless at the minute but the news here says that a couple of the blasts were done by suicide bombers .. i remeber watching the twin towers an petagon as it happened on the news and the horror has stuck with me ever since .. it seems like no wheres safe anymore ..
I just read the article as well I hope that the death count isn't as high as they are estimating and that the people that got hurt can make a quick recovery. It's so scary. Sometimes I really worry about the type of world my kids are going to grow up in
What I can't comprehend about these people is that they are attacking innocent people and using these tactics to try to scare people into their views. I really wish we could put a stop to all this bullying soon....

I hear a little about it early this morning. Man, how depressing. I will never forget the day of 9/11. I sat on my couch for hours horrified watching the news. I was just in shock.
I can't imagine what the future of this world is.....
I agree, MPP. I remember I was a senior in high school and my first class of the day was Government 12 and we always had to bring in these articles and put them into our own words and tell the whole class about them. There was this kid in my class that never did them, but that day he got up there and said "I got up this morning and turned on the tv and saw this. The Twin Towers had two hijacked planes crash into them." None of us knew, not even my teacher. About 10 min later, the principal came over the intercom, saying for us to turn on the tv's in the classrooms and on to Fox News Channel and watch it. We ended up watching it pretty much all day long that day. I will never forget that.
Twink-I too hope your brother's girlfriend gets found safe.
its sad to know that there are people out there even capable of doing this type of thing. my daughter in-law brought my two grandsons up here from california so that we could have them for the summer. they are 18 months and 7 years.she came via amtrak and i just sent her back this morning. it was so hard watching her board that train and thinking about what happened last night. i will worry more now until she calls to let us know she made it home safely. i could not believe the total lack of security for amtrak. no detectors, searches nothing. i watched people board with alot of luggage and walk right on . but yet when i go to the airport i practically have to get naked ! makes no sense.
I'm waiting for word from my family. No news is good news, I guess. Stupid me, did not hear anything till 10 a.m. about the bombings. How aweful it is.
update: My brothers girlfriend is fine .. she said she heard the blast and ran like all the others and in the mass panic she lost her mobile so she couldn't phone my brother and had to walk all the way home which was why she was missing for so long ..thank you all for your kind words
That is perfect news to hear. I found out my uncle had been in that area about an hour before the bombs went off. None of my family was hurt either. Thank god.
I woke up to that news and was sickened. You know, that queasy feeling in one's stomach. I am glad that none of us here at the Furum lost a loved one, but still so sorry for the many people who did. The thought of catching a sub to work and just not making it is horrifying.
