My poodle lilly was eating her doggie cookie yesterday, I was in the kitchen. Well she had come in and I saw she had a little hair in her mouth. I moved it thinking she had a tiny bit of cookie on it and she was chewing it. Well later that night, I took a close look and decided to brush her cause it looked like she had a knot, it which that has never happened yet. Well I look and its not a knot, she chewed part of her hair on her ear. Not only on one side but both. Looks like some 5 year old tried to give her a hair cut Chop chop. Lord now I have to trim her ear hair very short , like little bobs or something. Sob sob sob. I love her longer ear hair. But I can't let her go out looking like that.
Poor little thing. I hate it when I get hair caught in my mouth when chewing... Ya know, they have slant sided food bowls for dogs with long ears, would that help?
Well, I usually tie back her hair when she eats, but I thought its just one cookie. and lord did she do the most damage. When I get to it I'll have to show a picture.
LOL, Well my son did that to himself when he was in kindergaten cause he did not want his curls anymore. I will just have to cut them short. I too tried my hand at cutting my sisters hair and the family cats whiskers. Boy did I get into trouble. LOL
