I did some reading off that site Syd mentioned and it say when you move a kat in labor they will often stop delivering or neglect the kittens she is not neglecting them but I HAD to move her she was delivering under my desk near the electric cords! Since I moved her she had one more kitten but none since I am not sure if she is done or not. Then it says that they sometimes stop for a day or two and have more. I have heard of that happening but I wonder do you all think I have anything to worry about or no? OH also I was wondering those of you that have had kittens born in your home before does it stink? Cuz whew wee! Golly it stinks every time she has had one!

i have heard that your not supposed to move them either. but i have dealt with my cats having babies in the past, and they hardly ever deliver where you want them too. when i was a teen, my moms cat had her kittens in the clothes dryer ! she had a box made up in her closet and we moved them there. she had two more kittens afterward. they all did fine. dont worry mama. i'm sure she will do just fine. and congrats !!
As I said it was years ago that I had the joy of litter of kittens. She had them when no one was at home so I missed the delivery. I do remember tho that one was born over 24 hrs later and he was huge!
I would say you have nothing to worry about unless you feel momma is in distress. Nature usually handles things AOK.
