I spoke to my mother today about breeding my rats again. She said that if I breed them again I will only be able to keep one becasue if you are going to breed trinity then not to breed my rats. I really want to breed my rats again. For one reason I want to get another female to keep my other rat nub company after my breedable female sandy dies. SO my question is if I breed my rats would anyone be willing to give the other baby rats good homes? They will be free.
i paid big money once to get rid of some rats, so im sorry i cant offer them a home buddy. and who would wanna eat rats?...........except for those ppl on survivor and fear factor.......just kidding
prettydobie~ i know what you mean about not wanting them to get eaten as some snake owners do look out for adverts for cheap rats, mice, chicks for feed..
Have you got you mum down the rescue home yet? an have you decided to go ahead with breeding Trinity?
my son had two pet rats and they were so sweet. they are far less likely to bite then hampsters or gerbils too. i handled them all the time and never once got bit. i think they make wonderful pets.
yep i will never own a hamster .. the bites are so painfull ~ my bro had one it was evil .. i'm sure its eyes glowed red when i went near it .. athough i never had a bite from a Gerbil but i had them from birth so i guess they were just very well handled.
puppies are so cute when they start getting big enough to play. it would be hard for me to raise them though as i would want to keep them all . we have considered breeding our frenchies too. i havent decided yet. i will wait until annie is at least two and have her checked out first and then i will have to have a few tests done on rocky too. they have small litters and require c-sections, so theres alot involved prior to breeding. i have plenty of time to make a decision. letting them go would be the hardest part of it.
thats my problem .. i would just want to keep them all .. and your bed will be full of puppys and their mummy so theres no way you are going to get some shut eye when you have got all of them running around
It seems like I'm already for that because it seems like I don't get any sleep as is. I didn't go to bed till 7am and woke up at 11am. LOL. My sleeping schedule is so messed up.
Thats just because I have nothing to do through out the day so surf the web and then I find really great sites. LOL And they would be boring if you didn't have someone to talk to about them. LOL
