 Crawdads lol .. i still havent had a chance to get down to the river as i dont go down there alone as its a bit secluded and weird so im just waiting for the farmer to get his a** home

They are a freshwater shrimp. As one other poster pointed out, shrimp, lobster, crab, they are giant water bugs, or as my vitamin distributor would say, bottom feeders. All delicious with lemon, butter, and garlic....
