I wouldn't have been so irritated if the girl had run over and grabbed her dog and restrained him; rather than to walk up nonchalantly telling me he wouldn't bite as he snapped at my dog's face and then STILL not leash him.

i agree ! why was the dog roaming freely around kids if he is known to bite? and it could have resulted in a fight. not your fault. she should have restrained the dog immediatly and not took any chances. its a good thing nothing serious happened.

Some people will never learn. There are a few people in my neighborhood that just let their dogs roam. Makes me so mad. Its a good thing nothing happened though.
