If that crazy "Texan" Kills anybody in Minnesota, at least there will be a record of my recent online chats! This dude was all nice, then busted out his sex talk, then busted out all this Jesus talk! It was nuts- I dont think I will go there NOMORE!!!!

This guy was really odd! I mean, I am kinda strange ,or crazy too but Im not acting like the "girl next door", then acting like a porno pup, then acting like a "bible banger" all one after the other!

Maybe other people would be able to spot these "crazies", but Im an old lady and new to the chats- JUST BE CAREFUL GIRLS!!! Only my 3 time on here{Or a chat!} Yikes !!!

Just want to say be careful for anybody else that never went that far before!!!! Really be carefull, this dude I talked to, it was like a David, {WACO} aposole! Scary!!Just be careful girls! Im sure all of you probably are aware- and I hope 10% of you are! I am already dealing with enough of my own, BS= I Didnt want to be scared of this cr*p either!

I never go into chat.
When people get weird and ballistic here on the board, it is moderated, and everyone can see the evil they are up to.
Good enuf for me.... I have nothing to hide, and am not close enough to anyone for chat that is not scrutinized....

Its my own fault I know! I am sad, and angry like pretty much usual lately! My son has been off at camp for the last 5 days with no letter, no email response, IM WAY AT MY LIMIT!!! When I just tried to have fun, or "chat" and ignore the first guy, I was met with a crazy woman- but her I did not tolerate! Lovins patience is VERY< VERY THIN!

i have been in alot of chat rooms and can tell u a couple of things. first of all, lots of ppl know how to use ur phone number to get ur home address. its easy. but it cant be done if u give them ur cel number, it only works with a home #. second, i have actually chatted with two different ladies ( at different times ) for months before making long trips to go meet them. it was an adventure and i got to see the country cause i did it by train and made a vacation out of it. first time to nm, and then recently to wi. both times it turned out to be broke girls looking for a sugar daddy, and i dont think i would do it again unless i was sure that they had jobs and lives and common interests. i caught alot of s**t for going on these trips by my family and friends, but im a single guy and can take care of myself. i wouldnt recomend it to ladies to try, but if u do meet someone, let as many ppl know u are going to meet them and all about them, and let the person u are meeting know that everyone knows who u are going to see and all about them. it can be a positive and safe experience when done right. but i agree, use common sense. ppl who talk like that, u can pass on. lol chatrooms are the best places for ppl to get into ur profiles and private info too. just b careful

most chatrooms have a " chat 911 " button for ppl who appear dangerous. otherwise, if ppl are being abusive, u can always write a letter to the chat servers support center and email it. i have done it before and always had a response in 15 minutes or less. they will take action by warning them, removing chat privilages, or banning them and they always write u back and tell u what they did about ur complaint

Melani, I am sending you a link privately that you should check out. I'd post it here but the site (while for a very good cause) has material that is very inappropriate for minors. People in chats can say they are anyone and can say they live anywhere. The site will apall you as it did me.

I wanted to add that women in particular need to be VERY careful about meeting people from the internet. There was a thing in our newspaper a few years ago about a 16 year old girl that was chatting with this guy for over a year (he said he was 20) and her parents weren't aware of it. Well, she got mad at her parents and ended up running away to meet this guy, and it turned out that he was 40 something and ended up sexually assaulting her. I remember reading the article about how she would not have expected it in a million years because of how he was and how 'nice and understanding' he seemed. People can be VERY deceptive on the internet. They could say they are some european model and you would never know because you have never met them. And girls do the same thing. And people especially lie about age.

The only chats I go in are the ones for the pet forums. I went in a few AOL ones in my younger teen years and everyone was so vulgar that I stopped. But I never gave anyone any of my personal information.

They even had a thing on Dr. Phil about undercover cops that pretend to be teen girls to lure pedophiles and other weirdos. And on the show, they were able to lure one in the first 5 minutes just by saying they were a 16 year old girl, it's scary.
