Just got this in my inbox from a friend..just thought i would share its very sad..

There has been a tragedy in the show dog world which involves a
Golden Retriever named Jag.  He was strangled to death while left
unattended on a grooming table by his paid professional handlers. 
The handlers did not admit to the accident and instead tried to
cover up his death with telling the owners that the dog had been
lost while exercising him.  After almost two months of searching (by
tons of people) it appears a witness has come forward that saw the
dog hanging from the grooming table noose. 

There is an attempt to get AKC to pass a rule requiring penalties
for ANYONE at a dog show leaving a dog unattended on a grooming
table. 

The assistance of this list is requested in signing the petition so
that we can assure that all dogs, both show and pets, are protected
from cruel treatment.
