rain is soooo beautiful. i dont know what it is about the coloring. my favorite cats are himalayans or siamese. my favorite horses are buckskins and my favorite dogs are of the black mask fawn coloring. i just love the tan with the black faces. if you get a buckskin i will be even more jealous ! lol . my brother had one just like in the pic. his name was hobo. me and my brother were the only ones he would let ride him. when he got orders for germany, he leased him out and the people disappeared. horses and all. about a year after they had been back , they were driving out by our place and saw him out in a pasture. they checked him out and it was him. he was tattooed. the people had bought him from the people that ed had leased him too. they didnt know that he was basically stolen. their daughter loved him. so my brother went back the next day and gave them his registration papers and gave hobo to them. they were just glad to know what had happened to him and that he had a wonderful home.

According to this, one of my horses was a red roan appaloosa. I dunno. I was told it was called wild colored. He looked like this drawing. I tryed to copy an old photo, but just got a black square

My horse Snoopy(RIP) was a appaloosa. Let me dig a photo of him up. Man do I miss him. He was a awesome horse. I have had a ton of horses growing up but he was the best.

I used to go Horse riding constantly and the stables were my second home. I had to give it up since work took over as a manger and i had no free time. an i can go back as i cant afford it at the moment. God do i miss it.
I used to ride a massive Shire horse. It was absolutely huge and wasnt like the conventional horse you ride but it was so docile and felt like you were sitting in an armchair. If i had the money i would buy one but the feed bills alone are staggering because of its size.. maybe one day

Heres a pic of one if you dont know what im going on about:

Hello, I just wanted to add, besides the fact that your daughters are definate Americas next top model materail and what pretty horses Aunty has..... My son was plagued with ear infections thru his years of growing up.... One day at a healthfood store I was told by a gal that worked there that many kids are allergic to dairy and ear infections are one of the things that happens. So you can look deeper into it if you want.  My son went thru punctured ear drums, then just a two years ago, had to have the hole surgicallly closed. Just some food for thought.

Riding a couch...LOL!!! That is a pretty big horse. I remember once when I got to ride a Clydesdale. It was like sitting on top of the world.

Jeez, Dusty, those are unreal, they are so pretty.
Guess horses are getting a bit fancier than when I was a kid.

i love the draft horses. they have a big fair here every year. i am not one for rides, but i like to go look at the animals . i always visit the draft horses first and then again when i leave. they are big beauties. the spotted ones in the pics are actually gypsy vanners.a breed related to the shire . i also love the belgians, boulonnais, clydsdales, american creams, friesians, percheron and suffolks. the belgians are the largest, but the gypsys are totally captivating. its amazing how big and powerful these horses are when your standing next to them. but so gentle. i have to pry myself away from them . lol

Hmmm, those are pretty. I never knew there were so many different breeds. I always thought they were budweiser horses. HE HEH. Well I heard of clydsdale and that what they used.
