The difference is that I posted the joke "knowing that it was bad", I fortunately can tell the difference. No more jokes will come from my keyboard, my point was made.

One point that I need to clarify is that my family has golden's not irish setters. The irish setters were from when I was a kid growing up, my wife is a breeder of goldens and we still have three in our home today.

Unlike Mr Troubled, I am not originally from NY but was born in Northeastern Pennsylvania (yes I was originally a stump jumper). My grandfather was a coal miner and all of my original family members still reside in PA.

Not much to talk about with the Yankees these days, unfortunately. I always hope that they win but it seems like I just have to hope more that the Red Sox lose.

Everyone has their opinions, that is all fine. The joke was nothing to get stirred about.  I hate when one thing is posted and somehow it gets turned into something completely different.  Its ok, that John did not like the joke. This is a public forum though. So no-one should  get too stirred with something so trivial as a joke intended to hurt no one..


I personally do not think blondes are dumb. I beleive it was a jeolous gal of another hair color that unleashed the lets make the blondes look bad theory, many a years ago.


John why not post more. I'd love to see your setters.
