do they have "rednecks" over there? around here where i live, they call them country folk. some places refer to them as hillbilies or backwoods dwellers. lol
No not realy but we get Chavs which are worse lol ..we do have some people who are like red-necks but we call them pikeys.
Pikeys are what we call travellers or a certain kind. They are usually thieves and the crime rate rises dramatically when they are in the area, they have no respect for the countryside and/or the area they happen to stay. Often leaving a huge costly clear up operation in their wake.Pikeys often did not choose the travelling way of life and are usually thrown out of their house because they caused trouble. We even had a special area built in the nearest town..several thousand £'s were spent to make showers and toilets and a playground etc where they could stop off without being charged..the whole place was burnt to the ground in a week by the pikeys
Pikeys are not to be confused with Travellers called Gypsys. Gypsys are often very concious of leaving there plot tidy and in good condition when the decide to move on and are very friendly people just enjoying their chosen nomadic lifestyle.
i wonder what kind of dog that is in the picture? he looks almost like he has a blue tint to his fur. besides the teeth, i think he is a pretty dog. some kind of hound.
