RE: stupid people

that happened her too. the dumb woman left her baby in the car in extremely hot weather and she literally burned to death. dont people realize that with the windows all rolled up its way hotter inside a vehicle than out? i get pissed when i see people leaving their babies in the cars when they go in stores. you would think that they would be extra careful with kids and animals that they supposedly love so much.

I totally agree dusty. I mean people do get into there and complain about it being so hot in the car so why can't they remember to get there own child out of the car. I just don't get it.

i guess people leave their kids or pets in the cars as they cant be bothered with the hassel of taking them in to the shops..why dont people just leave their pet at home or get someone to look after their child

Some people really shock me. The only time Oscar gets to go bye-bye is when I am going to the bank, Petco, or if I am running through a fast food drive through. He gets treats at all three. And i never leave my daughter in the car by herself for any amount of time. Even if I am running in paying for gas. She is with me all the time holding my hand. There have been too many kids dying in cars in Texas lately. I would never forget my child. And anyways I always put my purse and such in the backseat with her. And about the dogs riding in the back of trucks. I think its about to  be illegal here.

Yea also its a good thing to keep your pets/ children with you cause if your car gets stolen they won't be in them and it would be one less think to worry about. Take the hole molly the lab think and there are always commericals about electronics that stop cars or cut of there gas and in the commiricals they always put a child in a car. Either way people never think about what they are doing when they leave pets/ children in vehicles. I will admit I have left trinity in my car before but I am always right by the car. Less then 5 feet away from the car so she can see me. I make sure the windows are cracked and every 5-10 minutes I give her freash water.

well guess what ! lol  i talked to the employee at safeway, the one that helped out with the dog left in the car  the police couldnt find the owner. they called animal control to pick up the dog. they think he came out and saw the cops around his car and fled . when they ran a check on the vehicle , they found out he had several warrants for his arrest. animal control said that only the owner can claim the dog because it is a pit. they were sure the owner would not risk arrest to claim it so it would be put to sleep. but beings they hadnt actually took possesion of the dog yet, it ended up going home with the the employee. he said it is actually a female, very young and extremely skinny.he said she was overly affectionate and had to give kisses to everyone when they got her out of the car. the manager even let him off work early so that he could get her home and situated. he still lives at home with his parents who love animals and gladly accepted her too. it looks like she will have a good loving home !

Whenever I am out somewhere and I see kids or dogs in the care I automatically call the police.  I'm not going to deal with going into the store.  The people who are doing it will just keep doing it as long as its just the store paging them and telling them to get them out of the car.  The only way to stop it is to get the police on their case.  I don't complain about it.  Yeah, its a horrible thing for them to do leave them in the car but just call the police.  They'll take care of the problem.

I totaly agree they will just keep doing it unless the police get involved. Plus if the store annoucnes it telling them to get them out of there car sometimes they just ignore it and go about there business.
